REFUND

After getting a late call after 4pm that they over booked and didn’t have the unit available; I agreed to downgrade to a one bedroom only if they refunded me the difference since the new unit was cheaper. I still have yet to receive any refund! I had trouble accessing my lock but finally received help and got into the one bedroom unit. On the 16th I was locked out of my unit until the next morning around 12 On the 17th I was again locked out of my unit the next day around 11am. That’s two days I need refunded that I did not stay at the Vrbo because they lacked communication, and never helped instead made thing worse by charging me more for their mistakes! DO NOT RECOMMEND
