Painted a pretty aquamarine, the cheerful interior of this condo features an open floor plan, with the kitchen, dining area, and living room sharing the main space. The water-view balcony is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or evening sundowners, and the full, well-equipped kitchen makes meal prep easy. Dine together at the high-top table or grab a barstool to keep it casual, then slip into your swimsuit to hit the sand. You've also got access to a community pool and tennis court.

We've stayed at the Victorian before at another condo and this one was nicer furnished and had a much better view with the pool right below and the gulf across the street. Would stay here again and the faux fireplace visual was a nice touch.

Great location directly across the street from the beach and next to the Walmart supercenter. Cold AC which was nice! The space didnt look quite as nice as shown in the photos, but overall it worked for our long weekend stay.

Charming beach stay!

When we opened the door into this condo, we were greeting with the most amazing fragrance and discovered the place was immaculately cleaned! We spent three care-free days here and enjoyed the beach just across the street and the pools! It was great having a fully stocked kitchen which enabled us to prepare and eat in breakfast and lunch and then indulge on the great seafood restaurants in the area for dinner! We’ll be back!

Loved the location

We loved the location and the amenities however the coffee pot did not work. The button was stuck and we were unable to have coffee. We also noticed a couple of cockroaches, one came out of the cabinets and one was crawling on the counter/island area. Other than those 2 things we enjoyed our stay

Not bad for the money.

Property was in need of some updates but not bad for the money. Staff was friendly and rooms and grounds were clean. Great location just walk across street to beach. Sleeper sofa was broke so it could not be used.

Need to be cleaned more properly. But get place and location!!

I have a son who only crawls and his knees and top of feet were filthy after being in condo for and hour crawling around. So I don’t think it was mopped before us coming. Also there was a sock left between our mattress on bottom bunk and wall from previous tenants before us. Needs more towels for pool and bathroom. Other than these few things the condo was great. Location is AMAZING!!! We would go back again! Just hope these few things be fixed!

Not what we expected

Planned a little getaway with my husband. We use VRBO a lot and this was the most unimpressive place we have stayed at. The pictures really made the condo look a lot nicer than it actually was. Dated and dingy feeling on the inside. Rusted furniture and worn down paint on the bunks. The complex itself could use a facelift. The pictures showed nicer looking Adirondack chairs on the balcony, but there was only two worn down plastic chairs,

Basic Amenities/Good location

The condo had the basics, hot water and good A/C. The condo view was good and the access to the beach and amenities was fine. The complex could have used a snack bar or vending machine at least. The condo itself could use a little TLC. There was a lot of rust in the bathroom and the shower ceiling was a little patched and sketchy. The ceiling was falling and missing in places in the living room. The curtain rod above the slider was sagging and the place had a slight smell of mildew. Overall, for the money, the condo did the trick for a few days, power outage aside. It provided all the necessities, furniture was comfy and the place was decorated cute.

Receptionist was rude, elevator feels unsafe, hall ceiling rotten, only one key to access room, patio use as storage full of old & rusted stuffs. It make me feel unsafe to stay there. I wouldn’t never comeback.

Just ok

The floor was dirty and needed to be mopped. There was no broom in the room, which would have been nice with kids and sand. The stove top is horrible. It kept turning off while cooking. It took over an hour to cook something that should have taken 20 minutes. The pool that you can see from the balcony was closed for the day that we stayed. This pool was one of the reasons that we booked this room. Very inconvenient.

Listing says 3rd floor but got 2, very noisy, lots of noise and disturbance from 3rd floor, no electricity 6:00AM to 10:30AM. Cleaning guy started knocking and waiting to clean the property at 9:40AM my check out time was 10AM. Not recommended.

Long weekend getaway

The property is in great location. The pools are nice. The condo was as described but a few things that were not ideal. The vent in bedroom was very dusty/dirty and appeared to have mold on the vent and wall. There were a couple of dishes that were dirty when we pulled them out of cabinet and the chairs to table, the legs, were very wobbly especially on one. I notified management and we did not use that chair. The rest of the condo was nice and great for the stay. It’s in a great location and you can walk across street to beach. We’ve stayed many times at the Victorian but this was first time in this condo. Overall, yes I would stay again.
