Beautiful 2 Bedroom Vacation Condo in Galveston - Great Gulf Views

Beautiful 2 bed/2 full bath condo, located directly on the Seawall on the 9'th floor. Walk across the street to Galveston's new "Babe's Beach". Completely unobstructed view of the ocean; the building has a 24 hour concierge on site, and the building has an elevator. Onsite amenities include onsite community laundry, tennis court, onsite pool, security, trash, water and sewer.

Tile in every room provides for an allergy free stay. Modern kitchen has utensils, plates and cups and with stainless steel appliances.

Kitchen comes fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and basic cooking utensils.

Open concept dining room and living room have stunning ocean front views.
One bedroom has a king size bed, and another bedroom has a queen size bed. Bedroom 1 has a private full bath, inside the bedroom, and large walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 has an ocean view, with a closet with a sliding door, and the bathroom is located just outside the door of the bedroom and can be shared with guests who are using the living room area.

Property has a pool and tennis courts.

Close to restaurants, Wal-Mart, and transportation - Galveston trolley line runs in front of condominium property on Seawall Blvd and in back of property on Stewart.

Condo was nice and clean, great view, but every thing rattles inside from the a/c, it drove us crazy! People below us par took in some cannabis and it made the whole place stink! Also upstairs neighbors were EXTREMELY loud the whole time! Pool wasn’t in great shape it was pretty dirty, laundry room was decent. Outside grounds were decent could have been cleaner. All staff were super nice and helpful!

The place was clean and great location for the beach. We were blindside by parking fee. It said the price you see is what you pay by plus tax. Then tacked on a 37.00 parking fee. The bedroom by the balcony was a little hot.

Right across from the beach as described, the condo was clean, comfortable and quiet. Yes it was off season but it was very peacful and relaxing sitting on the balconey watching the waves roll in and traffic passing by below. Galmuddy as usual and the beach covered with seaweed.veston is a great place to visit if you are not wanting to swim in the ocean of relax on the beach, as the water was muddy as usual and the beach was covered with seaweed. Beautiful scenery lots of amazing older homes and the Strand offers several great places to eat. The Hearsay on the Strand is a must

The view was great. Balcony is small, but appropriate for urban property.. Traffic noise is to be expected, but gets tiring. Unit is older and in need of updating, especially bathroom fixtures and mattresses. Master bed is extremely squeaky. 24 hour staff is great. No problems with booking or instructions for access.

We had a great time the concierge desk staff outstanding answered all of our questions. The place was decorated well we gave the ocean view to our friends and we took the first bedroom. Bed was a bit squeaky but nothing too bad overall we would definitely come back again.

It was the worst stay ... the sink grinder was broken so the kitchen sink was a disaster and was not able to cook for my family and had to use the restroom sink to rinse dishes and the lights went out in the dining area .... the bed was disaster too ...

No shampoo, and no body wash? Isn’t the Vrbo host supposed to supply this? I had to take the liquid soap from the sink and use it as a body wash! The pressure from the shower head was also pretty low. This property is somewhat run down. The tile in the hallway where the elevators are is just bare concrete as it looks like they are replacing the tiles but started and never finished. The metal storm shutters are rusted half way open. The sliding glass doors have absolutely no insulation so that when there’s high winds outside the wind blows through the doors and creates a very loud high pitched whistling sound while you’re trying to sleep. Otherwise the styling of the apartment was cute and the AC worked well. Lots of beach themed art work. The view of the ocean was great but there was some road noise from the street directly below the unit. It has four chairs out on the somewhat wide but skinny balcony. Also has a dishwasher which is nice. Overall the property seemed a little old and run down but acceptable if looking for something cheap.

The condo had aa beautiful view of the Gulf and was very well cared for. Everything was in order when we checked in. The location is nice. The drawback for both of us were the very soft, and spongy, mattresses. I would suggest updated the mattresses and the linens to cotton. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to and watching the waves.
