Very nice place!! Each bedroom has its own bath. Makes it nice for each couple! ALOT of stairs. The roof top is really cool!. Our Expedition would not fit in the garage, no big deal we were able to park next to garage. There was a few places close to walk to. Quick Uber to Broadway!highly recommend!

Great place! The only downside is the railroad tracks behind the location, but other than that, everything was great. The place was awesome, and I really enjoyed my experience!

The house was very clean, and very comfortable. Very convenient to the city too. The kitchen was very nice. Loved the bathrooms. There were 4 of them and very modern. There were a lot of stairs but that was okay with us. The rooftop was nice and comfortable. Great for spotting trains. Having the train track so close to the house was a surprise and a little quirky, but we got used to it quick enough.We would definitely go back. Thanks for hosting us. You communicated with us well.

The place was amazing, very clean and tons of room for a large gathering with 3 levels of beds and baths and a rooftop gathering area. Parking is limited however, and you are sharing that area with 13 other units. But its an easy to Uber to downtown Nashville. And, it is near the train tracks, so hope you like that!

The place was clean, host was on top of things, needed batteries for a remote and they had them there within minutes. Beds were soft, location was close to downtown and on a dead end street. Loved this stay! Will be back!

The property was as pictured. Clean, nice kitchen and comfortable beds. The rooftop was even better in person. We needed to be close to downtown and it worked out well. Easy to get downtown and to other areas we visited. The only downside was it was so close to train tracks. We did not realize how close it would be and how many times the train would run. If the train isn’t coming thru, then it’s a quiet area.

The property is as advertised. Very clean. Easy check in. The host was easy to contact and responded quickly to any communication. I enjoyed mornings on the roof deck. If you have mobility issues, be prepared for stairs. Comfortable beds, and furniture. The house is well presented. I will reserve this property again when I come back to town if it's available.The property is close to traintracks, but no trains ran too late at night. Easy drive to downtown.

Great place to stay for our group of 8. Enough space for everyone and loved every couple having their own bathroom space! Getting an Uber or Lyft to and from the airport, downtown Broadway and other places was a breeze! Highly recommend!

The home was central to most things. Shopping, dining, entertainment. We enjoyed the spacious layout though there were lots of stairs. The rooftop was great. The kitchen was well stocked if we wanted to prepare anything. The property managers were responsive, The home was decorated nicely and while there are reviews about the trains it was not unbearable. Bonus: TVs & ceiling fans in all rooms is a rare find.
