We loved this property! It was right by the River. It was nice and clean. Everything was just as described. The family enjoyed the hot tub. Most of the family was able to walk to town. Renee, the host, got back to me immediately.We would definitely want to stay here again!!

The listing page notes there is AC in the home but that refers to AC units in 3 of the bedrooms not in the open spaces or bunk room. Sleeping was very pleasant but we had two very hot days while we were there and the main space was a bit warm. The owners provide fans which were very helpful.

Beautiful cabin next to the river and walking distance to downtown Estes. We stayed here with 2 families and enjoyed our stay. It was clean and well appointed, except be aware that the top bunk in the bunk room has no railings, so we couldn’t use it. But the other rooms have king size beds with very comfortable mattresses. The main living area can get a bit warm in the afternoon. The hot tub and fire pit by the river were very nice. Kitchen had everything we needed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
