A nice balcony with garden furniture u. Beach chair for relaxing holidays.
The Wg. Are in the 1. Floor and are quiet, but within walking distance to the center and harbor of Greetsiel.
The apartment has been newly furnished and modern. The kitchen is fully equipped. A bright, large living room with a comfortable couch landscape, satellite TV, stereo and a beautiful dining area, with a large table and chairs, offers everything for a relaxing holiday.
Two bedrooms, 1x DB, 1x 2 EB, and a newly designed shower room with toilet.

The Friesentraum is also a large attic studio in which the second bedroom is located.

Gastfreundlichkeit ein Fremdwort?

Wohnung war weitestgehend sauber und ok. Kinder sind auf dem Teppich in einem Nagel getreten. Gastgeber waren oberflächlich freundlich aber nicht kooperativ oder entgegenkommend. ACHTUNG! Nach Buchung ohne Stornierungsmöglichkeit und Zahlung wird mitgeteilt, dass der Schlüssel im 11km (15 Autominuten) entfernten Büro abgeholt werden muss. Auf Nachfrage nach einer anderen Möglichkeit der Schlüsselübergabe z.B. über Schlüsselkasten wurde dies verneint. Wir mussten also einen 30minütigen Umweg fahren, um den Schlüssel in Privathaus der Gastgeber abzuholen. Ein Unding. Dies muss im Inserat unbedingt angegeben werden. Erstausstattung z.B. 1 Müllbeutel war nicht vorhanden. Kuhlschrank war ausgeschaltet und braucht über 4h um zu kühlen. Dusche ist undicht. Nie wieder!

Friesen-Traum

Wir waren zwei Wochen im Friesen-Traum und dieses Wort stimmt auch. Die Wohnung ist schön groß und hat alles an Ausstattung, was man braucht. Unser Sohn hatte sein eigenes Reich im „Dachstübchen“. Die Lage ist schön ruhig und doch gut gelegen in Greetsiel. So konnten wir gut zu Fuß und mit den Rädern starten. Leider war das Wetter nicht so toll. Wir werden Greetsiel daher auf jeden Fall noch mal besuchen. Dann ist der Friesen-Traum definitiv erste Wahl.

Die Ferienwohnung wurde zweifach vermietet. Vor Ort aber schnell eine gute gleichwertige Lösung gefunden. Insgesamt alles in Ordnung.

Ferienwohnung Friesentraum Greetsiel

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung. gut gelegen. ruhige Umgebung. Zur Wohnung gehörte auch ein seperater Raum für unsere Fahrräder. Greetsiel ist ein sehr schönes kleines Fischerdorf mit netten Caffes und Gaststätten. wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!!

Schöne Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Ein Highlight ist das Zimmer "unterm Dach". Ideal für Familien mit Kindern! Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Auch für das erste Ankommen ist gesorgt. Wir fanden eine 1,5 L Flasche Wasser und die Grundausstattung für Spülmaschine, Müllbeutel, Toi-Papier, Flüssigseife, Spülmittel etc. Das Bad ist renoviert. Vielleicht wären ein paar mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten für Toi-Artikel nicht schlecht. In 8 Minuten ist man bei EDEKA, in 10 Minuten am Hafen von Greetsiel. Wenn man in der Dunkelheit noch rausgehen möchte, bitte eine Taschenlampe nicht vergessen. Der Siedlungs- bzw. Ferienhausbereich in Greetsiel ist nicht gut ausgeleuchtet! Wir waren über Silvester in Greetsiel und haben das großartige (private) Feuerwerk am Hafen genossen. Dort trifft sich alles, was an diesm Tag an diesem schönen Ort ist. Wer es weniger laut mag kann sich das Feuerwerk auch aus der Entfernung ansehen. Das Städtchen bietet viele Möglichkeiten, unter anderem auch eine großen Spielplatz für die Jüngsten.
