With an electrical fireplace, great living area , and personal touches, this lovely place promises a memorable ocean getaway with your fellow outdoor-loving friends and family.

WELCOME to our Place:
This spacious place can accommodate up to 8 guests and two pets. This unit has a comfortable living area and fully equipped kitchen. The central location makes it a fantastic destination to enjoy all the beaches, hiking, bird watching, surfing, clam digging, crabbing, fishing, kite-flying downtown, marina.

PET RULES: Maximum 2 dogs middle size and non-aggressive breed. Dogs should be claimed during the booking and paid $30 pet fee. (it includes 2 up to dogs) . Please, don't leave pets alone in the unit. Pets are NOT PERMITTED to sit or lay on any FURNITURE like couches, chairs, or beds. Thank you!

DAMAGE: You are renting a private home. Please treat the property with the respect you would like shown to your own home. You will be responsible for any damaged or missing items. DO NOT wash the comforters. They are not suitable for the in-unit washer and may be damaged. Launder only the duvet covers in the unit.

Early check-in (late check-out) are available for $15/hour + tax, based on availability and confirmed the day before arrival .

This place has everything you need. Dual Keurig coffee pot combo and they provide coffee and filters. Plush pillows comfortable beds. Plenty of ice in the freezer for a long night of mixed drinks. Excellent setup very clean. Highly recommended.

We are individual owners and not a management company or global chain who works more like a hotel. We take care of every guest like a part of the family. This is our own place with personal touch and a lot of love. We enjoy spending time by the ocean and hope to be good at surfing one day.

Why they chose this property

We always had a dream to have our own home near the ocean. When we found this place we immediately decided to turn it into a living place. It has great advantages of the perfect central location close to everything. It was a store and it sat empty for many years.  We rebuilt everything ourselves and gave a new life to this building. Now we are happy to share this affordable place  with everyone who is looking for a relaxing, unique and unforgettable ocean getaway.
