About this property

Peaceful property on the historic Suwannee River.

The Suwannee River Manor is located West of Gainesville Florida. Situated on a peaceful 10-acre property surrounded by a beautiful landscape of large canopy trees and on the shores of the historic Suwannee River. The six-bedroom, four-bathroom, 4,000 square foot house sits on a quiet and private landscape and offers plenty of space for your friends and family to stay. Located minutes away from the many natural springs in the area and just 30 minutes to the Gulf.
This is our first STR listing, and we look forward to hosting you!

The individual that books the home, will be required to sign our rental agreement which will be provided upon booking.

The river level does fluctuate. When the river is low, the dock has a steep incline making it difficult for some people to go up and down. Feel free to check with us to find out the current water level.

The home is very rural, spiders, bugs, snakes and all kinds of wildlife share the property too!

You are welcome to bring your ATV, SXS, dirtbikes or offroad vehicle, but must remain on the trailer while on property.

Why they chose this property

The property is located 35 minutes West of Gainesville, close to the small town of Bell. The river offers many opportunities for water activities such as fishing, skiing, tubing, kayaking, canoeing. You can bring your boat and cruise the river, access the many springs that feed the river or tie up at the sandbar.

The area is home to many beautiful natural springs such as Rock Bluff Springs, Hart Springs, Manatee Springs, Fanning Springs and many more! The springs offer swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving and you have a good chance of seeing the Manatees that frequent the springs.
