This is an amazing weekend getaway. It's 15 minutes from Blue Hole if you want to explore the park. 10 minutes from the tube input at Dampiers Landing, and a perfect 2.5 hour tube to the house. The indoor space is perfect for large groups and the property is georgous if you just want to swim or sit on a beautiful dock by the river

We had an amazing stay! The home was spotless, well-stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The host was wonderful to work with, and check-in was quick and easy.One of our favorite parts was being able to walk right into the spring from the backyard—it made the experience so special! The location was also perfect, just a short distance from the headspring, making it easy to explore. Also floating down from the gate was such a relaxing time, float right to our rental. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again. Highly recommend this property!

Pet and family friendly. The host is amazing! We come to the Florida springs every year and will be staying exclusively at their properties! We did the extended kayak down the Ichetucknee and stopped at our dock for lunch. This is our favorite spring so far!

The location was perfect. A few complaints about the beds. The host was available and very helpful. The dock area was perfect. The water was lower than usual. For us it worked out great as we had 3 little kids who could stand there and play for hours. We enjoyed the kayaks.

Our stay in this beautiful home and well maintained property was amazing. We had all of the things we needed for our large group to enjoy our stay as well as our days on the water. It turned out even better than I imagined, if you have a larger group this is the stay you are looking for. The layout of this property gave the room separate groups to do activities and socialize without being in each other's way. We are definitely going to book again.

Our stay at this property was absolutely incredible. The location right on the Ichetucknee River is unbeatable. Being able to launch kayaks, paddleboards, and tubes right from the property's private dock made the entire trip so easy and relaxing. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortably furnished and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking family meals, and the beds were incredibly comfortable after long days out on the water. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee and afternoon happy hours riverside on the deck enjoying the peaceful, crystal-clear river views. Our host, Melissa, was wonderful to work with—very responsive and friendly. We were very happy the property was pet friendly as our fur babies traveled with us and equally enjoyed the river! If you’re looking for the perfect Florida nature getaway, look no further. This place is a gem!

Amazing property. Located right on the river, you can’t ask for a better spot. We played in the river every day. The big yard yard is clutch too. Just a few minutes from the park if you want to float down river. The kids loved this spot. We all did. Dogs too.

We rented this VRBO for our family vacation, and it was even better than described! We visited both Ichetucknee Springs and Poe Springs, but honestly, some of our favorite memories were made right at the house. Floating in the water behind the property was incredibly relaxing, and we even kayaked from Ichetucknee Springs all the way back to the house a beautiful trip from start to finish.The home was exceptionally clean and had every amenity we could think of. Everything was well-maintained and made our stay comfortable and stress-free.Michelle was an outstanding host. Her communication was fantastic before and during our stay, and she was extremely helpful with planning our trip and answering any questions we had.This was truly a 10/10 experience, and we highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable Florida springs vacation. We would absolutely stay here again! 10/10 Highly Recommend!
