Perfect for our Family Thanksgiving

Wonderful! The property is beautiful and was in the perfect location for our family Thanksgiving. Greg made everything easy and that allowed us to relax! I appreciated the online information booklet he provided - so helpful and easy to share with the others staying at the house. We would stay again!

Mimi's Sunshine Getaway is "EVERYTHING" you could want or need in a vacation home. It's everything they show in the pictures and then some! it's so tastefully decorated and each room has all that you need to make you feel right at home. The grandkids didn't want to come out of the pool or stop playing. My daughter-in-law enjoyed reading her books. My son and my husband cooked in the bar-b-que. We visited places in the area, went to the movies and so much more! For the last 3 decades we've been staying for our vacations and special occasions in different vacation homes and have thought about buying one ourselves, but we are planning to make Mimi's, our sunshine getaway from now on. We've had the pleasure of dealing with many hosts and owners, but Gregory is the "BEST HOST" we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! He pays attention to every detail and does whatever it takes to make his guests feel comfortable and at home. We had the pleasure of meeting his property manager, Judy, and she's a very helpful and efficient lady. The pool guy did a great job cleaning the pool and suggested places to visit while there. Next time we're going to have to go for a longer period of time.

Fantastic Place

The attention to detail was amazing. The house has everything you might need. We were a family of 10 and had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Everything we needed, we found. Very comfortable, communication with the host was easy. I would 100% come back. Thank you Greg for everything and the thoughtful gifts :)

Family Vacation

Very clean and comfortable. Everything that it was advertised to be. The little issues that we had while we were there the owner had taken care of immediately. Whe. I reached out to Greg about an issues he returned my call quickly. House was appointed with everything we needed. Owners had a cute welcome basket for us when we got there. They have really put a lot of thought in to making this a family friendly vacation home.

WOW! Just Wow!

When we arrived there was a welcome package with wine and goodies but the absolute highlight of this home was that it had EVERYTHING! Bikes, Beach supplies, laundry detergent, they thought of it all! Pool was amazing and outdoor Lanai was a hotspot the entire week! If you’re worried about not being in the canal don’t be! This home makes up for everything you think you’d miss!

Perfect! As advertised!

Loved every thing about our stay. We had a welcome basket with wine and treats with a personalized card waiting for us. The pool was the center of our stay and our 3 girls spent most of their time playing and swimming . With trips to the beach and local restaurants it was great to come back to a clean and fun house. Highly recommend. We grilled our last night out on the lanai and it was a perfect end to our stay. Greg was attentive to all my questions and I always felt taken care of. Will definitely rent again.
