This southeast Cape Coral home is approximately 10 houses from the beach (5-minute walk) and provides direct access via the canal to the Caloosahatchee River (3-minute boat ride) that flows into the Gulf of Mexico. Easily rent a boat nearby and explore 'Venice of America's' 400 miles of navigable waterways. Located within walking distance to the Boathouse Restaurant Bar & Grill – which is open to the public!
