Tropic Winds is just 2 miles from the famous Pier Park shopping and entertainment complex as well as close proximity to the 18 mile 30A bike trail. There are also numerous 18 hole golf courses near the complex. You also will find Miracle Strip Amusement Park, Shipwreck Island Waterpark and Gulf World Marine Park within 5 miles.

Come enjoy our 21st floor Tropic Winds condominium which is not your typical rental property. It is fully furnished with premium finishes and amenities. This unit is a perfect 2 bedroom floor plan with phenomenal views from a huge balcony that overlooks the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf. The kitchen is fully equipped with all comforts of home, along with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. New LVP flooring throughout the unit.

The living room has a large flat panel TV with cable hook up. It also has direct balcony access. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with direct balcony access. It is also equipped with a flat panel TV. The second bedroom has a king sized bed. It also has a flat panel TV.

Perfect condo!

This condo was lovely! So spacious and had everything we could need. The balcony was huge and the views were gorgeous! The bed was so comfy and I loved that the balcony was attached to the master bedroom, great view to wake up to! It was in a very convenient location and was not crowded at all. It was nice to have an assigned parking spot also. We definitely recommend!
