Excellent value for the price. Very clean & well-taken care of. Updated kitchen with island & bar stools, as well as, updated showers. Adequate parking in front of house with street parking available. Close proximity to Downtown Stuart but more drive-worthy than walk-worthy as major roads had to be crossed. Host was responsive to most questions and clear on instructions. Situated in quiet neighborhood and close to a variety of restaurants. I enjoyed my stay and would rent again.

Great location close to all the fun in Stuart

This place is modern- looks brand new. Very clean. Walking distance to downtown Stuart. We were here for my Dad’s 90tb birthday party at Sandhill Cove. This location was nearby and convenient.

Great location

Everything is as described. 1 mile walk to far end of Stuart board walk. Great restaurants all along the way. Property is well kept and had everything we needed. Beach chairs and towels were nice touch. Neighbor hood is super quiet and very little traffic.

Convenient to Great restaurants, shopping, and Beaches. Very much of this in walking distance.

Overall, the apartment was perfect and location couldn’t really have been much better. Only down side was noise from upstairs. Sounded like they were dragging, moving or building furniture most of the time we were there — during the day, not at night. Would stay here again and may do so in the spring.

The house was very clean and the location was very convenient for our visit with relatives in Pam City. Mixed reviews from our group on the comfort of the beds. The living area could definitely use additional seating, at least another comfy chair or two since it sleeps 4 it would be nice if all 4 could sit in the living area without pulling over a kitchen chair. Also, the upstairs neighbors were extremely loud at all hours of the day. They might have been VRBO renters too and maybe we just had bad timing. All that being said I would still highly recommend this house and we would stay here again, no regrets just a few heads ups.

The home was clean, bright and perfect for my stay. The only drawback was the lack of any shampoo, soap, Qtips, Kleenex, which I had to pick up at the Publix nearby. Otherwise great.

Relaxing & Clean

The place was beautiful yet homey. We didn't spend a lot of time in the home because we enjoyed the nice weather. Would only suggest a few more towels (gave us 6 for 4 people), hand towels (each bathroom had 1), wash clothes (2 for 4 of us).. we did a walmart delivery of hand towels & wash clothes for our selves. Would suggest better pillows. But overall niceSelvesselves

The house was lovely and the location was grest. Jasmine did not answer me back on a question i had. When i think of luxe i think King size or at least Queen size beds. Televisions should be in Master.The attention to cleanliness was not very good. The floors were dirty and the rug needed to be vacumned..

Hi Susan, The size of the beds are included in the description so our guests are no disappointed. The televisions are also not advertised so the expectations are set prior to booking. If there is an issue with cleanliness we have a grounds keeper that can quickly rectify the situation. In the future if you communicate any concerns we will be sure to address them. Great 2 bdrm/2 bath house in a residential neighborhood

Overall, we would stay here again. The beds aren't king size..either double or queen. The bath towels are limited. There are no bath products provided. Kitchen appliances are new and great. Limited glassware (three wineglasses and four drinking glasses)....Limited parking spaces ( the parking is in the front yard of the house). Washer and Dryer available and are like new as are the appliances in the kitchen. There is both a coffee pot and toaster available for use. The residence seems to be newly renovated...bathrooms have new tile and the floor tile appears to be new and everything freshly painted.
