This Perdido Skye unit sleeps 4 people with a plush king sized bed in the bedroom and and a sleeper sofa in the living room to perfectly accommodate a small family's vacation, a romantic escape or for someone just wanting wanting to get away from it all and breathe in some fresh salt air! The private corner balcony directly overlooks our white quartz sand and sparkling blue water beaches. The simple pleasure of dipping your toes in our remarkably clear water and feeling the warm sun on your face is absolutely rejuvenating. We want you to feel at home at Perdido Skye Resort 31. The kitchen is fully furnished to ensure you have everything you need to dine in. However, we hope you get a chance to treat yourself to a amazing dinner at one of Perdido Key's favorite local restaurants. There are lots more great restaurants, as well as shopping and local attractions, a short drive away in Downtown Pensacola or Orange Beach. Guests of PKRM are invited to explore our beautiful waterways on a complimentary dolphin cruise, sunset cruise or a deep sea fishing charter. If you'd rather go golfing or ride the roller coaster at OWA Amusement Park, we can provide that for guests, as well.

I had a wonderful solo trip. Everything I needed was within walking distance and the walk to the ocean was so nice and short! Pool was perfect and I loved beening on the end unit (away from elevator).

This property is absolutely incredible! It is a gorgeous inside, with superb upgrades, and the view is spectacular! We had the pleasure of meeting many returning guests and condo owners, and everyone is so friendly and made our stay that much more enjoyable. We will absolutely stay here again in the future!

Views! The views are great. You can see the beach from almost every window. Being a corner unit is so nice. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen has brand new appliances. It had what we needed for a great stay. Didn’t use the pool but it’s a good size. The beach was not crowded in front of this building which is a huge plus. I will try and return to this same unit next year.

Good Choice

This is a corner unit in a smaller condominium which makes the distance from your car to your condo an easy jaunt. The location of this condominium is great, with easy access to restaurants and shops. Having the corner unit was perfect. This was a clean space and looked exactly as pictured. It is not a “high-end” condo, which was not an issue for us. It has everything you need for a stay. We very much enjoyed our trip. I would choose this unit again.

First Just Family Trip

The condo was beautiful! We are already planning our next trip. This was the first time we have gone on a vacation with just our immediate family, just the 4 of us! We have never stayed in a condo, but this was one of our best trip! Condo was perfect, except the pull out bed isn’t good for older kids or adults. It was very uncomfortable for my teen girls. I am not complaining, we just went and got a twin blowup mattress and it worked out great. I just wanted families to know this ahead of time. It was very clean when we arrived and was stocked with everything from TP to games!Definitely would recommend this condo!

Shortened our stay

This unit was in a great location & easily accessible. Unfortunately, they were sand blasting the side of the building we were staying on so all of the debris landed on our balcony, it was loud all day, all of our windows were covered in plastic so our view & privacy were compromised. Although we had to spend a few days with this situation the property management company was able to find us a unit in another building so we packed up & moved.

We really enjoyed our stay! We loved that the property was quiet and easy to access. My only complaints would be that the condo does not look like the pictures listed online. Online it looks cozy/homey but it was pretty empty and bare. There were 2 tvs in the master bedroom and neither worked. Also, there was very minimal/cheap kitchen utensils and pans/pots. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Sky building June 2022 SO SO

Building was a bit old. Staircases were dirty. Only one elevator, slow and extremely hot, no fan or air. Beach access had stairs rather than ramp. Pool is small. Room 31 is dated with uncomfortable bed and pull out sofa. Shower needs updating. Coffee pot was a single serve nuisance. Patio furniture was uncomfortable. Not worth the price as compared to other condos and locations in Florida like Indian Shores, Coco Beach.

My kids and I enjoyed staying here. I loved the private balcony view. The condo was appealing, cute and very clean. We had zero issues. Easy access to restaurants, some walking distance. Short distance to pool & beach. The condo’s bed was comfortable. Enough room for storage. Beautiful kitchen. It was perfect for our needs.
