Take in breath-taking views of one of the most beautiful beaches on the Emerald Coast from our spacious 6th floor balcony. Other Amenities include; beachfront pool, exercise room, washer and dryer in the unit, hallway bunks for small children, queen sleeper sofa in the living room, extended cable tv with music channels, 2 flatscreen tv's, a fully stocked kitchen, free wifi, and keyless Kaba lock entry for easy access.

The beach view was beautiful from this 6th floor condo. We had a wonderful stay as this is in a great location and the unit is very clean with a nice beach decor. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of restaurants in the area and Flora-Bama was just a few miles away. We hope to stay here again some day.

We had a great long weekend stay. Property is just as described. Beach access is easy and not crowded when we were there. Walkable distance to a few great restaurants. The hallway beds worked great for our 10 year old and 3 year old. If you have older children they might be a little small for them, but the couch does pull out into a bed. We ran into a very small Inconvenience while we were there at absolutely no fault to the host, but she went above and beyond to help. Definitely going to plan a trip back.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was spotless when we arrived and was just like the listing pictures. They had everything you would need for your stay including beach chairs and an umbrella. Would definitely recommend this property.

Lisa: My Mom and I always wanted to own a condo on the beach. Perdido Key and the Gulf Coast is where we have spent many family vacations in the past. We fell in love with the area long ago. We hope that you enjoy the Perdido Key area as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

When we saw the Perdido Skye Condominiums, it felt like a home away from home because it was a low density complex. Also, we loved the fact the Perdido Key area is very family-oriented and peaceful. Perdido Key Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches on the Emerald Coast and because of the low density of this area, there is always plenty of space on the beach all year long.
