Mountain modern two-bedroom townhome in West Vail
Relax and enjoy in this light, bright and stylish home. Steps away from the bus stop and a free, short ride into the Village. Walking distance to groceries, restaurants, liquor store, and more. Nestled in aspen trees with lots of sunshine and great views.
Welcome to Heidi's Haus! Newly renovated townhome with an open floor plan, electric fireplace, and gorgeous fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy 2 large bedrooms upstairs with a queen in one and a twin over queen bunk bed in the second, as well as a pull-out sofa bed in the downstairs living room. There is one bathroom with a shower downstairs and a full bathroom with tub/shower upstairs. There is a small seating area out front and a back patio with strung lights for enjoying the mountain air, playing games or enjoying a well-deserved beverage.
There is a dedicated parking space directly in front of the unit. Additional guest parking spaces are scattered around the parking lot.
A closet in the bedroom with bunk beds is locked and used to store supplies and the owner’s personal belongings. There is a second spacious, walk-in closet in this bedroom for guests.
Aside from the one closet, guests have full access to the entire unit and outdoor space.
Other things to note Bath towels, bed linens and light toiletries are provided. Pack and play is available (please bring your own linens though if needed as none are provided). Keurig and tea kettle with an assortment of coffees and teas are available for your enjoyment. For safety and security, motion sensor lights/cameras are located outside the front and back doors.

Condo matches description. There was a good amount of space on both living floors. Very convenient to walk to bus stop for skiing or traveling to Vail Village. Grocery stores and reasonably priced restaurants were also very close to the condo.
Townhome was very clean and exactly as pictured, not to mention conveniently located right across from bus to vail mountain. Perfect stay for our family ski trip
Great communication with owner, awesome location, very spacious house with everything you may need during your stay. Loved the extra benches and hangers at the entrance of the house for placing jackets, boots and ski stuff neatly organized.
The property was very clean and well stocked. Communication with the owner could not have been easier. Small plumbing issue and the owner had it resolved immediately. Definitely a great place/location.
Brett the host was top notch at communicating with us. He was very kind and helpful. The stay was excellent. I highly recommend. The location is perfect for a stay in Vail. The bus stop was just a few feet away and perfect for riding over to ski. Also there was a nice strip mall with groceries and restaurants within a 3 min walk. The stay was beautifully decorated and clean. Nice touches were left to make the stay more enjoyable. A bottle of wine, coffee, and extra toothbrushes or most toiletries you could have forgot at home. It snowed 4 inches one night and sidewalks were cleared off very early in the morning before we had to go out. The one and only con I can think of is there is no washer/dryer ( if that’s important to you)
This unit is very comfortable...great location right at the bus stop. The only negative is no washer/dryer in the unit or on the property...even the smallest of laundry units would make this perfect for a family vacation.

What can we say — everything was perfect! This condo actually felt bigger and more spacious than the pictures made it seem, with large bedrooms, super comfortable beds, and great open kitchen/dining/living space and two full bathrooms. Our kids loves the bunk beds and there was always room to expand the portable crib they provide on the same room (wonderfully family friendly!). So well appointed with everything you could want or need. We also really enjoyed the wood burning stove and made s’mores one night. Finally, the location can’t be beat. Literally right across the street from an Vail bus shuttle stop and also a stones throw from a grocery store and some restaurants, this location was absolutely perfect. Brett was also a wonderful and communicative host. Can’t recommend this place enough!
We had a very comfortable stay. The location is close to Lionshead and right around the corner from City Market and Safeway. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much Brett🎄
Enjoyed the location and easy check in process. Communication was also prompt and responsive! The bottle of wine was a nice touch! Slightly older property but with nice renovations. we would have appreciated curtains in the bedrooms to help with darkness.
