Our spacious, three bedroom condo is located at Pitkin Creek, East Vail's best located and best kept complex. We are only 100 yards from the last stop in the morning and the first stop in the evening on the FREE bus route to Main Vail and Skiing so there's no waiting, no need for parking and a very short bus ride. Pitkin has a well stocked general store on the property as well as a liquor store. In short, there is no better location in East Vail than Pitkin Creek.
Our non-Smoking condo is a large three bedroom end unit featuring two master bedrooms with private bathrooms, queen beds and fantastic views. The third bedroom has a twin day bed with a twin trundle and the third full bathroom is steps away. The living room has a new pull out couch and recliner. The kitchen is large enough to prepare meals for a large family and the dining area comfortably seats seven. The master bedrooms and the living room have flat screen televisions. The upstairs master bedroom and the living/dining area have vaulted ceilings which give the condo an open and expansive feel.
It's an excellent location, just steps to the pool/hot tub, parking and grocery/liquor store and close to the bus stop. Our condo is quiet, located on the top floor so you'll never be wakened by the sound of those walking above you. The elevation also gives you wonderful views of the mountains, cliff bands, and Aspen trees.
Alpine and Nordic skiing, ice skating, snowshoeing, golf, tennis, hiking, biking and fly fishing are all closeby. The nearby bike path runs along Gore Creek into Vail Village or head the other way all the way up Vail pass.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
When you leave the unit, please make sure to keep the heat at a reasonable level (we recommend 60 degrees).
Please return the parking permit and pool key card ($50 fee for any replacement of the pool key card).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
