Spacious light-filled Coconut Grove house with large garden, huge pool and shady pergola featuring a ceiling fan and grill. Recently renovated with new wood floors, updated bathrooms and an expansive kitchen with new Jennair appliances. Very private peaceful walkable neighborhood close to waterfront Vizcaya Mansion Gardens and cafe. A farmers market is held on Saturdays adjacent to the neighborhood, across from the Vizcaya Gardens.
-The Master bedroom and adjacent bedroom have king beds, the third bedroom has a double bed and single bed sofa. The fourth bedroom is an office/guest room with attached bathroom with shower and a very comfortable single bed sofa plus chaise.
-The house is a 5 minute drive to beaches, waterfront parks and the Grove’s wide variety of restaurants, cafes, shops, etc. Quiet but minutes to Key Biscayne, downtown and Brickell, 15-20 minutes to Wynwood and Miami Beach.

The house has an elegant, relaxed style… ideal for work/play and privacy. There is a huge heated pool, grill and a fire pit in the back yard which is very private. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly with tree-lined streets and sidewalks. Room for four cars in the two driveways. Waterfront Villa Vizcaya and Gardens is a 10 minute walk away, as is a charming weekend Farmers Market. 🐈🐈Two friendly outdoor cats live on the property.
