Library can be used as an extra bedroom. Ample parking, BBQ grill, and three (3) outdoor fenced seating areas. Master bedroom suite has beautiful new King size bed, large balcony. Master bathroom has granite counter top, double sinks, shower and large jacuzzi tub. Elegant living room with floor to ceiling drapes, and stylish bar in the inviting dining room. Close to fine schools, beaches, restaurants and Brickell, downtown Grove, Coral Gables and Miami Beach. Northeast Coconut Grove location on the best street in the best part of Miami.
