About this property

Modern & Recently Renovated Beach house. Sleeps 6

This newly renovated space boasts 2 master bedroom suites and 2.5 bathrooms within walking distance to the Brigantine Cove and beach. This home is equipped with smart TVs in each bedroom, a fully stocked kitchen, a washer/dryer, and a 2 car driveway. Enjoy streaming music from the googlehome, charge your electronic devices with the built in USB chargers connected to each bedframe and lamps, use the desk to catch up on work, and relax on the two new full leather sofas in the living room.

The space
This is a 2 story family friendly 1200sq foot townhome with a 2 car driveway and private backyard.

As you enter into this modern and renovated home, to the right is the living room which contains a 50" Smart TV and 2 brand new leather sofas, one being a sleeper. Down the hallway is a half bath and a laundry closet where you can find the washer/dryer combo. The eat in kitchen contains black granite countertops underneath white cabinets, a Ninja coffee maker, toaster oven, dishwasher, and is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. The sliding doors off the kitchen open to a private fenced in backyard with a BBQ grill. Across the kitchen is a dedicated workspace where you can catch up on your work emails.

Heading upstairs you will find 2 master bedroom suites, each containing their own bathroom and ample closet space. Please note, we do not provide linens. Each master bedroom suite contains a brand new Queen sized bed with a luxurious, highly rated, 10in memory foam firm mattress. Beneath each queen sized bed is a twin x-long trundle to accommodate your additional guests. The queen beds each contain built in USB chargers to charge all of your devices. The lamps next to the queen beds offer more USB chargers to ensure you have everything you enjoy at home.

Please feel free to bring your entire family. We have a high chair and pack-n-play for your use!

Nice neat spot

This property is great for 2 couples because of the 2 bathrooms, I don't think I'd do more than 4 people. This is a very basic place but it was neat and clean, with a nice back patio.

Flexible and Convenient

As a result of an unexpected house issue that was no fault of the owners, our stay could have been a disaster but it was not. The owners were flexible and worked with us to share their beautiful house. The kitchen is lovely and fully stocked with spices which resulted in several delicious meals. Everything you need to make multiple dishes is in the kitchen. The house is located in a well kept friendly neighborhood which is close to everything. It helps to have a car, but you can walk to the grocery store, ice cream parlor and beach for sure. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

First Impressions are Lasting!

Was totally turned off by overgrown weeds & rose bushes as we turned into the driveway. We had 2 cars & had to use the neighbor’s driveway to walk in & out of the house b/c the thorny rose bushes made it impassable. Back patio was very cute, but once again, overgrown weeds were a real eye sore. House furnishings were adequate; dressers in the bedrooms would have been nice, as well as light weight blankets for the trundle beds. The washer/dryer combo was HORRIBLE!! Six hours to wash a medium size load of clothes! When the washer stopped working owner was prompt in getting it repaired, but by then we had taken the laundry elsewhere to be washed. Location was great. Loved the kitchen. Could have used some serving plates, a pizza cutter & a tray for the toaster oven. Screen door in kitchen fell off the track the first time we opened the door & every time after that. We left it off & my SIL put it back in before we left. Appreciated the use of the high chair, pack & play & grill. I gave it 2 stars due to condition of the outside. Inside was clean enough.

Thanks for the feedback. The pulling weeds and landscaping is done during house cleanings, however the past 2 weeks during turnovers there was inclement weather. I sprayed some weed killer to help prevent that from happening. Blankets for the trundle beds are in the closet. It is a combined ventless washer/dryer where the entire washer/dryer cycle averages approx 4 hours. The washer was broken during your stay, the third time you used it, and the applicance repair company said it was due to an excess of sand getting put into the wash… this could also be why you saw such long cycles.

I’m sorry you were upset about the maximum allowed guests for the property, as this is set by fire code. And having to provide a copy of your drivers license (which you refused) as that is part of the township’s rental policy for short term rentals.
