If you are looking for a quiet place to relax, this is it. The area is lovely and the condo is perfect for having a kitchen to cook and enjoy on the balcony. The drive to Fort Myers is quick so if you’re looking for more options, this is a must! The host and staff at the condo were so friendly. Get your parking pass! There were really only 2 nearby restaurants, everything else is a drive but worth it and it gives a chance to explore! From our balcony we could see the ocean but the condo is not on the ocean. I can’t think of a reason not to go! We had fun!

Just exactly as advertised beautiful view and 5 minutes walk from the beach you have shopping stores like Publix and Walmart 5 minutes drive. We are senior citizens and we wanted to spend 3 days in the beach to relax and enjoy the area . And we did Mr Xavier the host even let us in the apt. before the 3pm check in as we arrived about 2:30 pm Very nice inside and clean with everything you need for your stay. Very nice person and we. Will return Thank you and God bless

This is our 2nd time staying here and plan to come again. The location is perfect! The condo is clean & has all of the necessities. The ceiling fans and shower were upgraded since our last visit so that was a nice surprise. The ability to walk across the street to the beach and Doc’s is so convenient. The office staff at the complex is very nice too. All around great experience and highly recommend.

Xavier was an excellent host very hand on and helpful with all our questions. The apartment was beautiful, very clean. Parking was great lot of open spaces. Xavier had everything needed for a wonderful fun time at the beach .I am a chef so I like to make my meals and he had the kitchen equipped with all the necessary equipment to be able to prepare my meals.( that is very important to me) The bed was comfortable and the shower was rain shower head that felt so good after a long day of heat. These little things make much importance when you stay at home away from yours .comfort and peace of mind.If I can him 5 starts and beyond. EXCELLENT.stay.. The pool was modern and spacious clean plenty of cozy seats.

Unit was exactly as described it was clean, well stocked, situated on the top floor with views facing the South shoreline and gulf. Elevators were quick and convenient. Short walk to the beach and it was nice to have a cart with beach chairs and umbrella. If i am ever back in Bonita Springs i would definitely book this condo again.

We loved being on the 10th floor and our view of the ocean and beach. It was nice having the beach chairs, beach cart and beach umbrella provided. It was wonderful being so close to the beach.

Stay went good. Was a delay on receiving the room number and door code. Didnt receive it until after we landed. So that was pretty annoying getting a rental car and not knowing what the room number is and if we were going to even get it. Reached out via call, text and vrbo before we left on our flight and just not responded to. Definitely some upgrades needed but for the price those were easy to overlook. Great view, nice bed and shower.

The view was incredible and it was so nice to have my coffee on a balcony overlooking the Gulf! The room itself could use some updating and renovations, but it had everything we needed. The beach equipment was so nice to have.
