The condo was exactly as described and pictured. We would definitely recommend the unit and/or working with Kris. We encountered an issue with the air conditioning and Kris was extremely responsive. She had a tech there within minutes. When the issue needed a part that was not available until morning, Kris arranged for us to spend the night in another unit so that we werenā€™t uncomfortable. The air conditioning was fixed he next morning and we were able to continue our vacation without missing a beat.

The public grocery store near by is very expensive. We brought a cooler with meat to eat and cook. No crockpot in unit. I swear every time we come to this area the road construction is never ending . Condo is a great walk to the Okaloosa fishing pier . Fireworks off the pier on Wednesday at 9pm. Ice maker in unit works great

Thank you so much, we are so glad you enjoyed your beach vacation. We are getting a brand new multi lane bridge so it is a long project but will be amazing once complete and we haven't had any disruptive lane closures. There is even going to be a park under the new bridge that looks like it will be an amazing addition to the area!

Great Place

Perfect getaway

Our family of three thoroughly enjoyed our time! My daughter loved the bunk bed, and the location was perfect. The property was so nice and clean and stocked with everything we needed. We recommend :)

Paradise

Beautiful location if you want to relax, enjoy the gulf and walk the beach. The 6th floor condo was truly a plus with private seating out the door wall to take in the water views and the fantastic sunsets. Definitely will go back - could have stayed longer!!!

Great place to stay

We had a pleasant stay at Gulf Dunes. The condo was clean and the ability to just walk a short distance to the pool or beach was great. Stewby's across the road is good eats. If you need to have the latest fixtures, marble countertops, etc this isn't the place for you. If you want a clean, comfortable, quiet place to enjoy your beach vacation then this is your place.

Beautiful clean condo with stunning views

We fell in love with Okaloosa Island and canā€™t wait to return. The condo was very nice. We would definitely stay at this condo again if just the 3 of us. Very clean, nice balcony view of beach and pier, < 15 min walking distance to boardwalk. Highly recommend this unit.

Outstanding!

This was a spring break getaway to our favorite beach. We have always loved Waterscape but wanted a better view of the ocean this visit. This unit had a perfect view. The condo itself was very clean and perfect for our family. We will absolutely book this condo again in the future. Thank you to the host for a wonderful stay.
