Welcome to @TheGulfGetaway an incredible canal-side home built to make memories. You'll enjoy the comfort of a fully equipped home and many outdoor activities. House is within walking distance from bars & restaurants and has quick access to the Gulf of Mexico & nearby islands of Sanibel, Captiva & Cayo Costa by boat.
Centered in a quiet familial neighborhood, the location of the home makes it easy to get around.
1 hr from Ft Myers Airport
The space
Spacious three bedroom two bath home. Large kitchen and an 8-seat dining room set. Heated salt water pool and patio area to enjoy the sun, along with a gas BBQ for grilling.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home, patio, and backyard with a pool. The home also includes a boat dock. Boat lift for up to 23' boats. We provide rods for bigger boats

Great Stay-cation

We had such a wonderful visit to St James. We went by boat from Port Charlotte and the location was ideal! The house was well equipped and spacious and the heated pool was wonderful after each day of fishing. We will definitely be back!!

Family On water Vacation

Perfect house for family escape with grand kids. Dock is perfect for boat and fishing. Pool is excellent. The house is perfect and very well kept. St. James town is sleepy yet very fun. Definetely will return.

Little Paradise
