Lake Home Sleeps 10+ Game Rm, Fire Pit and Dock

Relax with your family in this 3 bed / 2.5 bath home. Located at end of a quiet street on the less busy north end of the lake, 15 Minutes from Olympic Rowing Venue. Beautifully decorated and designed to enhance amazing views of the lake. Kitchen is fully stocked w/ crockpot, electric griddle, drip and Keurig pod coffee maker. Great room has arcade with 350+ games, golf arcade & shuffleboard table, a large table to eat or play games at and a seating area in front of the tv to enjoy movies or shows. Screen porch overlooking yard and lake. Hard piped gas BBQ (no propane bottles). Pontoon boat rental is available, link to book can be sent after home is booked. Guest space is all on one level. Guests do not have access to the lower level of the home or the garage. Plenty of parking is available in the the oversized front driveway. Spend your evenings enjoying the beautiful sunset from any of the back decks or the dock. All rooms have darkening shades.

Amazing summer ending trip

The houses was absolutely amazing. Everything they said and more. Super secure lots of cameras. Especially down by the dock be worrying about our boats. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Why they chose this property

The quietness of the street and the drive down Northlake to the end of the street is beautiful. LOTS of trees and wildlife. We are on the North end of lake Lanier which is much less busy than the South end, but all of the "action" is only about a 15 minute boat ride from our home. Lots of restaurants on the lake to try out and so much to explore out on the lake.

What makes this property unique

We are located on the point of a peninsula which gives our home great views of the lake from almost every window of the home. You can sit on the back screened porch and feel like no one is anywhere nearby. Wildlife is often found wandering through the back property and sometimes can even be seen in the front. The drive down our street is beautiful and lots of wildlife can be seen wandering and foraging throughout different seasons. The walk to the dock is not difficult and we have a lighted path with steps to clearly mark the pathway. If you want to enjoy the Gainesville Square where there are lots of shops, activities and great restaurants, it is only about a 15 minute drive from the house.
