Studio Starfish

Toller Pool und Whirlpool laden zum Verweilen ein. Das Studio war sauber und gepflegt. Alles neu renoviert.Alles schnell erreichbar. Auto muss vorhanden sein. Liegt an einer ruhigen Straße. Das Studio ist mit allem ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Hausverwaltung war immer ansprechbar und erkundigte sich immer ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit war. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Alles so wie beschrieben.

Klein aber fein!

Das Appartment ist genau so, wie angegeben. Es ist sehr sauber und es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Handtücher, Strandtücher, Spülmittel,-lappen usw - alles da. Judi, die sich um das Objekt kümmert, war stets sehr hilfsbereit und super nett. Das Appartment liegt als einziges auf der Rückseite des Komplexes und man ist auf der kleinen Terasse am ungestörtesten von allen Appartments. Die Terasse ist jedoch nicht überdacht aber es ist ein großer Sonnenschirm vorhanden. Der Pool ist super schön und die ganze Anlage mit den insgesamt 5 Appartments sehr gepflegt. Der Gas-Grill auf dem gemeinsamen Grillplatz wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes ausgetauscht und ist somit nagelneu. Es gibt einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, in dem sich auch Strandutensilien befinden, die jedoch zum Teil defekt sind. Aber wir hatten 2 kleine Strandstühle und eine Kühlbox zur Verfügung. Den von uns gekauften Sonnenschirm haben wir dort gelassen. Nicht so gut gefallen hat uns, dass direkt neben dem Appartment die Pumpenanlage des Pools und es somit recht laut ist (auch nachts). Außerdem befindet sich die Klimaanlage direkt neben dem Bett, was sehr ungünstig ist. Zu unserer Reisezeit war es noch nicht so heiß, so dass der Deckenventilator vollkommen ausreichte, jedoch im Sommer dürfte dies problematisch sein. Das Bad ist nicht mit Klimaanlage oder Ventilator ausgestattet. Der Fernseher ist sehr klein aber wir brauchen eh keinen Fernseher im Urlaub. Supermärkte, Restaurants usw sind alle in der Nähe aber man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Der Strand von Cape Coral ist sehr klein. Der nächst größere ist Fort Myers Beach. Dorthin braucht man mind. 30 Min.da dort oft viel Verkehr ist. Wir haben Lover's Key, Hickory Island, und Bowman's Beach (Senibel Island) bevorzugt. Eine Delfintour von Fort Myers Beach ist sehr zu empfehlen und Senibel Island und Captiva. Wir sind nach einer Woche in das größere Apartment Wave umgezogen (war bereits so gebucht). Hierzu gibt es auch eine Bewertung von uns. Die Kommunikation mit Familie Streng und dem ganzen Team war schnell, sehr nett und herzlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Clean private and relaxing

Property was clean and nice. Would have loved cable tv for evenings and rain times or at least a DVD player also having it on a swivel would have made viewing better. Antenna was terrible. Also heads up about hot tub on a timer and not warm during day would have saved a suprise dip second day. But no biggie. Judy was real quick and efficient when we discovered bugs in the room and bed. Thank you
