'BEST BUY' Affordable & Beautiful Waterfront Condo w/Sunbathing Deck

Enjoy the comfort of this beautiful waterfront 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Our unit (ground floor) is located on one of the larger canals in Cape Coral & has all the amenities to enjoy a wonderful vacation. The unit has a screened-in lanai off the living area where you can sit and watch the boats go by or just enjoy the beautiful breezes blowing on the palms. Just outside is a large deck with a tiki hut for your relaxation and sunbathing. You can fish off this deck or one of four boat docks for your use. The heated swimming pool is located just above the deck which is shared with only 7 other units.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Property is well equipped and in a beautiful location. The lanai and condo deck are great places to spend time relaxing. Pool was warm and clean. The canal is beautiful.With a little sprucing up this place is a solid five star stay. Communication with the owner was top notch.

Everything was wonderful, everything you might need, it was there. BUT, for us the mattresses were not working. Peter too long for twin beds, and i woke with a bad back. Mike, the mgr, was jusr great, location close to everything we wanted, neighbods friendly.

Super-nice condo in quiet neighborhood

Spent three weeks in Florida - of which the 10 nights in this condo by far was the most relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable period.Sitting right at one of the canals, the condo offers a great view of boating traffic etc. The condo has all the amenities one could ask for (and more), so we were extremely happy throughout our stay.The big pool next to the condo was a huge plus, where the whole family spent many hours.We would love to come back again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! 5 Stars!! The home is very clean and comfortable, with big rooms and a great living room to lounge around in. The host provided plenty of items that make visits to the beach more enjoyable, like chairs and boogie boards - and the local beaches were amazing! The supermarkets are close by and the kitchen space was great for making breakfast every morning. The area is quiet - we highly recommend some time sitting on the back porch for the view late in the day; very relaxing. We will definitely be staying here again!
