Quiet cozy location perfect for our family - plenty of room. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and a crockpot. Very close to the beach and a nice water view. Love that you can see the lake from both patios. Overall we loved the stay here.

Ski trip with siblings and nephew

Lovely condo with 2 bedrooms and a loft perfect for a ski weekend. We were unable to get the wifi to work but had reception most of the time. There were plenty of games, and cleaning supplies. It was very easy to check in and out. We would stay there again.

Amazing "Lake Life"... Not a fan of property manager

We had a wonderful time at this property. Pros: -Phenomenal location -Beautiful views -Directions to get to the property once in the condo street were great. -Well appointed home- it just oozed "Lake Life" -Kitchen had what we needed for cooking. -Master bedroom was comfortable- linens and bedding available -House was clean and not cluttered. -Well maintained walkways to take you down to lakeside - I've stayed at properties where you can tell maintenance by an HOA isn't happening. Cons: -We hated dealing with Vacasa. I've booked through VRBO for a decade. Having Vacasa on top of this rental was like an extra layer of confusion. I had to install a 2nd app to access a lot of info I expected info in both locations -In order to access the wifi in the house I had to install the Vacasa app and then hunt into the app to see that the only way to access wifi was to choose "Vacasa Vacation Home" and then authenticate with my email I booked with EVERY TIME we re-entered the house. Super annoying. -The house was devoid of the magical info binder I typically find in every rental we've ever stayed in. That is the first thing we tend to read for info like: wifi access, do's/dont's to be a great guest, rules for the property inside and out, typically a load of insightful info on local restaurants and activities, steps before leaving and just random things like heating, trash, etc. Some of this info was generically in the Vacasa app but it was generic

Another great time!

We had another great time staying at this condo. We stayed during Christmas vacation last year and had a great time skiing. This year, the weather wasn’t great for skiing but there are several activities in the area from hiking to Funspot. Our kids are young so we needed a short but not too challenging hike, so we chose Rattlesnake Mountain (Holderness, NH). I highly recommend it. It’s about 20-30 minute hike and the views are wonderful once you reach the top. When you reach the bottom take a short drive to Walter’s Basin for some refreshments and take in the beautiful view of the lake. The best part was coming home to peace and quiet and beautiful lake and mountain views from the condo. The owners are great to work with and very accommodating. This is a great deal for all of the vacation options.

Extremely comfortable, modern, lovely home!

My boyfriend and I, in our 30's, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. We liked the quieter location in Gilford. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with cookwear, oils, spices, etc., and we enjoyed staying in and cooking one night and eating in front of the fireplace. Bed was comfortable with a good supply of linens and towels, and the space laid out and maintained very well. Shirley was immediately responsive and easy to coordinate with. For the two of us, it was plenty of space, but would also be ok for a family with kids.

Beautiful townhouse with gorgeous views

We had a lovely time staying in Gilford. We either went skiing or tubing during the day at Gunstock. In the evenings, we would come back to the townhouse, light a fire, admire the lake and mountain views and just relax. It was great being able to have fun during the day and peace and quiet at night. It’s only 3 miles from the mountain, yet you don’t feel the mountain activity at the townhouse. The townhouse has everything you need in the kitchen, living room, comfy furniture and is easy to get too. The mountain and lake views are so serene you truly feel like you are away from it all. The owners were great to work with too! They were very responsive to every inquiry and question I had. They also provided great suggestions for activities in the area and restaurants. We will definitely be returning again this ski season and probably next.
