We were in the area to do some sightseeing and enjoy the fall colors. This area was a nice central location for where we wanted to go. The property manager was very quick to respond to any of our questions. We really enjoyed our stay.
This condo was amazing it was everything that we were looking for we attended one of the numerous concerts that was going on it is a short little walk to a great venue as well as a short walk to nice restaurants the condo was amazingly clean we will be back host was o that the traffic
We needed to communicate with the host, who was responsive and very accommodating.
We were in the area for a concert at the Pavilion. The location to the venue couldn’t have been more convenient. The location was also perfect for exploring the lake and surrounding towns.
The unit is clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. There is a pleasant beach just across the street on the property. It’s a very short walk to New Hampshire Pavilion if you are attending a concert.
Very nice cozy upgraded place! Close to every thing to get things! The bed was very firm.If there was a pillow top on the mattress it would be better.Had a great time with my husband!
The condo was perfect for 2 people. Very bright and clean, small view of the lake from the porch. The condo had everything we needed. Quick drive to Weirs beach area. The beach on site was very clean and relaxing. My only issue was the bed...the mattress is extremely hard, I ended up sleeping on the couch. Yes I would definitely stay again.
The unit is up to date and clean. The only 2 issues I had was the television kept freezing/buffering due to insufficient WiFi and there are no shelves in the shower unit to hold toiletries.
This was not a comfortable stay for us. Location was great. Arrived to find linens folded on top of bed and thought it was weird we had to make the bed. There are no electric outlets next to the bed, in fact the nearest outlet is across the room about 8 feet from bed. We contacted owner to ask if there was at least an extension cord we could use as we needed an outlet for CPAP. He responded we could go to Walmart and buy one and he would reimburse us. He also said if we had inquired he would have had one available. We did not think ahead to ask if there were electrical outlets by the bed. The bed itself was hard as a rock and crunched when you moved in it. The floors were not clean and were gritty. The kitchen was minimally stocked -a Keurig coffee maker and a toaster stored on a top shelf of a cabinet that we had to use a broom handle to reach and slide out and catch it on the way down. There were no dish towels but a reminder that dishes needed to be washed and put away before leaving so we had to wash by hand so as not to leave them in the dishwasher before we left. The in wall air conditioner is extremely loud. The nicest thing about this very small place was the comfortable chairs and tables on the porch where there were great sunrises in the morning. This is only the fourth place we have stayed through VRBO but we felt it was not even close to the quality of other places we have stayed while on Cape Cod and it was more expensive.
Overall, the apartment was clean except for an ant problem in the kitchen area. For more than a 1 night stay, bring your own towels and wash clothes. They supply one towel each. The hung barn doors are unique but they don't stay closed so they don't supply any privacy. The location is great with a nice view of the lake and a stones throw from the beach area, the "Bank of NH Pavilion" and the Weirs Beach strip! The hosts are great...excellent communication, clear instructions etc!!
This is a very cute and recently completely renovated condo just across the street from the lake. It’s small but has everything necessary for a couple - they used the space very well! It’s light and bright and the pictures are accurate. The only negative is the bed is extremely firm - a mattress topper would be most helpful! Other than that, the condo is awesome.
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit appears to be newly renovated and was very clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils and serving ware for our family's needs. The balcony with chairs & tables for eating was where was ate most of our meals, as we could see the lake from there. The lake was just across the street and the beach was where we spent most of our time. The sand was cleaned every morning and the water was pristine, pretty shallow too, perfect for kids & floaties! Definitely recommend staying here, especially for families!
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Condo was clean, tastefully decorated and provided all the necessary kitchen items, including a keurig! This condo is close to all the action and only a short drive to Weir's Beach. The beach area was a pleasant suprise, the water was beautiful and the beach area was very clean. There are lounge chairs and picnic tables with umbrellas to use. I would definitely stay at this Condo again
