Fully Renovated Gem near Cherry Creek North

Welcome to Denver! Our beautiful neighborhood is quiet with easy access to main roads & highways. This location is a short walking distance to restaurants and shopping! Our basement is newly renovated and built with the comforts of our guests in mind. It includes a private entrance, one bedroom, one bathroom, a closet, a spacious living area and a full kitchen/bar area as well as an outdoor sitting space. This is perfect for small families, friends visiting, or couples looking to get away. Guests have their own private access to the home to ensure comfort and simplicity. (we are stying upstairs on the main level). The entrance is on the LEFT SIDE of the house when you arrive with a separate door! Lock access code is automatically sent the day of your arrival.

The host was super helpful when it came to finding the location. We truly loved walking into the space, which is larger than the pictures give credit, after a long day of doing things around denver. perfect spot for my daughter and I. Close to observatory Park and in the neighborhood where my son lives so convenient. The apartment was clean and accommodating, very comfortable. Would stay here again. The host was very friendly and helpful when we had questions.

This was my second stay at this property and it was just as good as the first. It’s immaculate. Owner is friendly and her communications are thorough. Location is in a quiet neighborhood but close to shopping, restaurants, and I-25. I will stay here again when I visit Denver.

Host, Edina, was wonderful. She was easy to contact and always replied quickly. The accommodations were clean, tastefully decorated, and easily accessible. There was street construction, but Edina kept us informed each step of the way so there were little to no inconveniences.
