With 1 queen bed/ 1 full bed and a cozyj living room with a futon, large office and dining room; there's plenty of space for everyone to unwind. Pet friendly two pet kennels provided for guests not requires to use kennels up to 4 pets allowed. Enjoy the fabulous amenities like a two car driveway for free parking, AC(swamp cooler:winterized during winter months until end of April)/central heat/ceiling fans), washer/dryer, linens(towels, sheets, comforters, extra blankets), soaps(hair and body), kitchen supplies/dishes/pans, air fryer, hair dryer, iron, tv’s in every room, foosball/game table, access to Wi-Fi and Netflix, 420/smoking friendly on outdoor patios only, and BBQ grill outdoor patio set. Please note due to the property being a corner house to protect the property when it is unoccupied, we have an outdoor camera on the front patio of the house; we respect your privacy no indoor cameras. Close to downtown, 30 minutes from airport, many food options and entertainment. Whether you're exploring the city or simply unwinding after a long day, this place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We look forward to hosting you at our place. No parties or large groups of guests at the property at any time. Must be at least 25 years old to rent the property. Pets are allowed at the property but all Pets must be disclosed at the time of booking the reservation. Please note for Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday we require minimum of 4 day stay including Thanksgiving Eve/Thanksgiving day and Christmas Eve/ Christmas Day.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Upon arrival or exit of the property. Use door keypad enter code to open/press Kwikset to lock door. Don't lock bottom lock, return house keys in a lockbox on the front door if used during the stay.
Owner will send you front door key pad code and the lock box code by noon on day of arrival/check in day. Make sure all bedroom windows are locked. Dont turn off front door light switch/porch light.
Please return keys into the lock box. To use the lockbox you may have to enter the code press down on the black button to release the lock and allow the door to go back into the lock box base.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Any damage to the property will result in insurance claim or extra charges issues, and possible criminal charges depending on the extent of damages.
Smoking inside house will be $200 penalty fee/extra charge Failure to pick up dog poop $50 penalty fee . Failure to disclose pet $75 penalty fee.
If the police are called to the property, contact owner immediately to report incident, must answer the door for police to speak/contact guest

Great location and home. Cleans well stocked. Host refrained from sending check in information until I contacted VRBO. I also seem to have received a warning on my account with no explanation while staying here. I’m guessing the owner had a good deal of animosity towards a solo traveler renting an entire home for their dog’s enjoyment.

We enjoyed our stay here. Really loved the big fenced in back yard for the dog. The home is spacious. Location was great with near by shops. Host is very accommodating and helpful. The only odd thing is that the 2 bathrooms are right next to each other at the other side of the house from the bigger bedroom. It was lovely ! Thank you!

The house layout is future plans for adding a third bedroom on the back so that that second bathroom will be a master bathroom to the new master bedroom that’s coming in the future. I know it’s a little quirky for the time being. We are glad you enjoyed your time at the property
