The property was neat, clean and is in a great location. The owner seems to have put a lot of thought into the design and decoration of the property. I would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area.

We loved our stay! The bed was comfortable, we had plenty of towels and washcloths, toilet paper, paper towels and tissues. Everything was also high quality, not thin or sandpaper feeling. We were within walking distance of restaurants and shopping downtown. We would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend!

We booked this property for graduation weekend. It is perfectly located near campus and within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and right along the waterfront. It was also nice to have a parking permit for the lot right across the street. The cost was basically the same as a hotel room for the weekend but this was a much better option. Highly recommend for anyone spending time in Houghton.

Great place

I try to get to the area once a year or so and I would be more then happy to stay here. The owners where upfront, quick to respond and maintained the property nicely. It's location is also fantastic.
