A place to lay your head down

Access to the beach and parking is the only positive aspect of this location. It has a motel feel; it's an older condo. If you stay on the bottom floor, be prepared to hear traffic and the steel plates in the parking area.

Incredible views and convenience-old property

The fact that we could walk out the door and be on the beach made it very easy to overlook the dated property. Felt smaller than in the pictures but still a lot of beds. (Thankful for that since the ceiling leaked onto the top bunk) It needed a good cleaning, some things (vents, outlets, doors) need fixed or tightened. But the check in- check out process was easy and the location/views were amazing.

Location is perfect especially with kids. Like others have said the place could use a good deep clean (dirty walls, baseboards/floor). Unfortunately construction was going around our unit when it wasn’t suppose to be so our ocean view was blocked with scaffolding and we weren’t able to use our back patio. Fortunately getting to the beach from the front door was easy.We still had a great trip despite all the noise. We did have a bad experience with the building manager our last day, and she forced us to evacuate our rental within the hour. Vacasa was very accommodating and did offer to relocate us a no extra charge but we decided to just go home (we were going to be leaving the next morning). It was definitely inconvenient and put a damper on our last day but they did give us a refund.

Sea side Gem

My husband I booked this unit to celebrate our retirement! It had everything you could need. Loved that we were on the ground level and could just walk out to the beach. Our family has visited PCB many times and have stayed at Continental Condominiums several times. It’s in a great location and close to popular attractions.

Beautiful sunsets

Besides how freezing cold the floor was in the bedroom it was a great place for our long weekend. Listening to the waves and watching the beautiful sunsets was wonderful.

Amazing location - decent condo

The condo is right off the beach and has amazing location. We were on first floor and could hear some road noise and people walking above us. It wasn’t loud enough to keep us from falling asleep though. Kids mentioned that bunk bed mattress were hard but master bed was fine. The code to pool didn’t work and when we contacted company there was no help to get code. It didn’t negatively impact trip but something we couldn’t use. Wish there had been a broom to help sweep up sand. There weren’t a lot of outlets (just fyi). It was nice there wasn’t loud parties. Overall it was nice for family of 4. Our “kids” are in college so it had plenty of room for us and was affordable for being right off the beach

Perfect Beach Stay!

Love this location! It was so nice to have a first floor with beach access. We did not miss the elevator hassle. This place is perfect for a couple’s getaway or families. We had two adults, two teenagers and no complaints. Even enjoyed an sunset walk on the pier!

Best condo in Panama City Beach!

This condo is right on the water, so you don't have to go in an elevator to get to and from the beach, you don't have to climb a flight of stairs. You open your sliding glass door and you are on the sand it is awesome!! Cold AC, Hot heat, dishwasher, washer/dryer in condo. This condo has it all!!! See you next year!

Girls trip

Place was in perfect location, accessible, loved where room was except for noise you could hear from the road. Nice to have fans and supply of plenty of towels, soap, toiletry items. I always reclean a place before I stay there and this one was so clean I didn't need to other than to santize. We couldn't have asked for a better location by beach, loved beach chair access, bar right there and place to rinse off. The hose by the patio , definitely needs replaced, has a large hole in it. We were there during Rally and air show, so right in middle of the action, but were definitely glad when Monday rolled around so it was quiet. Loved access to vacuum, broom, mop & extra pillows etc. Would def stay here again when there is nothing going on in Panama so it is quiet. Parking is absolutely perfect and right by door. Felt very safe and walked to most things we wanted to see.

Overall a pleasing experience! Room was very dusty as evidenced by the photos I sent. Couches were not the same ones shown in the picture and all chairs were uncomfortable. Stools were wobbly and dangerous to sit on. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was clean and functional. Washer hook up is HOT only all the time. COLD settings do not work. Windows sea side need to be replaced. New seaside door was nice. Chairs on the patio are cheap but the view is great. We love the location and hope to come back! Service team was responsive and the cleaning refund was appreciated. Thanks! Overall we were very happy with the room.

Construction noise

Location was great, some dishes were still greasy and the knife still have some left over debris on them. Easy access to the parking lot. Door code did not work for the pool, do not know if there was a different code for pool access or not. All 3 days we stay, construction noise above our condo unit from 8am to 4pm. Call vbro, they couldn't do anything about it since it was not one of their rentals. Left disappointed and very tired, only good rest and nap was during the night. 2yr old toddler could not get any nap during the day, leaving us with a mad and cranky toddler for all 3 days.

Dated, Poor drainage and Patio fail

The exterior is very dated. The end we stayed on doesn’t even have a roof. It is tarped. The right side of the patio had a constant drip that fell from what appeared to be the ac drain line above. So if you sat on that side of the patio you got splattered from the drip. On day three, very early in the morning, my husband and son were sitting on the patio and were within inches of being hit by falling stucco that came from the rotten roofing soffit. This is a continued hazard. You can see cracks along the entire roofline. Two of the five chairs on the patio were cracked at the time of our arrival and need to be discarded, as well as a table. The shower had trouble draining during our entire stay. Maintenance came on day three but it still did not drain properly even with active plunging. The washing machine would not latch but maintenance did fix that problem on day three. The cabinet door on the bottom of the hall bunks was hanging on, but maintenance repaired that as well. This condo is not friendly to those who cook. There was not a lot of kitchen dishware. This is a 6 person condo with four dinner plates. There were no kitchen knives, only one large butcher knife and one large bread knife. The mattress cover was very dirty. When in working order, the patio is convenient for beach chairs. The grills were very close and convenient as well.

Amazing condo, and would be 5 star but

Everything in this condo was perfect except the AC! The AC was just simply not cold, but we brought fans from home and that helped. The AC also does not have an air filter and lots of dust is around the vents, so dust particles are in the air here and will mess with allergies. Other than this, the condo is great. The location is wonderful, the walk to the beach is short and easy, it was very clean (other than the top bunk), the amenities were very nice, and the residents in the complex were very nice. The only problems we had was with the front desk lady when we were trying to pick up our parking pass, she was very rude, and not helpful at all. The cleaners forgot to leave our parking pass in the room, and the app said to pick it up at the front desk but the lady there said she did not have it. We rang vacasa at 11pm, and within an hour a vacasa representative knocked on the door with our parking pass. That is EXCELLENT service! We couldn’t have been more happy with the resolution.

Will not stay here again. Did not feel safe.

There is a walkway that leads from all the first floor units to the beach access they goes directly in front of the patio. Everyone going to the beach walks past on the small walk way. The hose to rinse off is on the walkway directly in front of this unit's patio. Our patio was constantly wet with standing water. I felt like i could not keep the blinds open due to do much foot traffic and everyone looking in or unit as the passed our used the hose. The upstairs units would hang wet items over the rails and ask the water and sand dripped down on our patio. I did not feel safe in this condo. On evening we were enjoyed quit time on the beach and my friend walked back to the unit to use the restroom. She encountered a very drunk aggressive man throwing chairs and yelling in the common area infront if the beach access walk. He stated to follow her back to our unit. Luckily a couple on an upstairs balcony saw everything and called the police and intervened. It was very scary. Another night there was a commotion in the parking garage (which is right in front of the unit's front door) lots of yelling and slamming car and building doors. The cleaning in this unit needs a big upgrade. the small appliances were sticky with what seemed like old cooking residue. There was obviously a spill at some point that leaked into the silverware drawer. There were bigsticky puddles in thedrawer
