Condo was clean and the bed was comfortable. Beautiful views of the beach and close to Pier Park and Sharky's. Will stay here again!

Room was clean and nice. Check in was very easy. The view from the balcony was BEAUTIFUL. The only thing I Was not to satisfied with was not being able to get a hold of any management on site. The office was empty the entire weekend. Everything else was great.

My wife and I enjoyed the location and quaint of the condo, but was disappointed of the overall condition and hospitality of our stay. The place is old and it looks old, even though it has a fresh paint job. All the trimming, doors, cabinets, and etc look original. Matter of fact, all the painting supplies was still there in the coat closet and under the bed. All furniture is old and cheap, including the bed. There was no extra supplies including toilet paper. Even motel 6 has extra toilet paper. Front door locked us out, which we had to call emergency service for new lock code. Also, parking lot is receiving a new seal coat, which the contractor splashed something on the front of my car. Good things; great view and short distance to pier park.

Everything was perfect.The booking was great, the room was clean, and everyone else that also stayed followed the rules. I’ll be back next month before school starts!
The unit was clean, could use a few minor upgrades: shower head shoots water acrossthe room(we put a wash cloth over the back so it wouldn't happen), hooks for hanging towels behind door needs upgrade, no dishwasher & the drying rack was nasty, no pool/beach items but we donated two chairs & an umbrella for future guest. Other than those few things the unit is in a great location, property is clean & well maintained, we would stay again.

The room looked like it hasn't been cleaned. There was spots on the floor like it hadnt been mopped. There was a hair tie in the shower on the shower rack that had hair in it. The air conditioner was leaking water in the floor. The door going to the balcony was rusted so bad it took forever to get it opened. Called to try to get the isses fixed and the rental company (Southern Vacation Rentals) didnt seemed interested in getting anyone out in a decent amount of time to fix or clean anything.

We have voiced all concerns to our property management and housekeeping team and we will address these issues as we move forward. We do hope you decide to stay with us in the future.
5th fl room - elevator closed for construction. No communications about this. Pool was closed as well but not an issue for us. I have RA & I have neuropathy which causes imbalance. I would never be able to climb 5 flights of stairs again and again, carrying stuff. The 5th fl rm balcony had no railing on it. It had scaffolds on 2/3 of the balcony and then a large open space that just dropped off 5 floors to the ground. I called and complained asking for another room and after an hour or so they moved us to another room on the 1st fl. With construction at both front and back doors we were glad to have a bed & decided to make it the best we could, I mean, we are at the beach. The dishes were dirty we had to re-wash them then we slept. Next morning 1 knock on the door and someone barges in the room. Says no one is supposed to be here. It is closed for construction. I received a call from property mgmt and they say we have to move to another property and they will send us some options to choose from. 6 hours and multiple calls later to help speed communications I asked for texts and also gave them a different email address to help the process. We still sat at the new property for an hour without a key code. When we got into the new property there were people's belongings in the living area and in the fridge. Shortly after reporting this the owner arrived to get his things. I had to stop him at the door as he was about to come in and retrieve his stuff. After this all was fine.
