The raised, two-story interior features an open main floor layout with a gorgeous, well-appointed kitchen, an eight-seater dining table, and a living area with a low-profile sectional sofa, wall-mounted smart TV, and a sleek electric fireplace. Decks off either side of the house offer ample opportunity for sunshine and sea breezes. Soak up some rays on the open deck off the kitchen.

One main-floor bedroom features an en suite bathroom. The primary suite and one of the guest bedrooms feature direct access to a shared ocean-view deck.

THINGS TO KNOW
Access to the circalittoral reefs is at Pavilion, Romar Beach, and Alabama Point, three Gulf State Park Beach access sites. These reefs are within 500 feet of the shore, with depths as shallow as eight feet. The reefs must maintain a vertical relief of at least six feet to allow boat passage. A series of poles on the shore marks the reef locations.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
