My wife and I have been to Carolina Beach several times. We have stayed at a different rental on each trip. This house was in a perfect location walkable to everything. The property was very clean. Jamie and Brian are great hosts and very good with communication. We are already planning our next trip to the pink house. This might be the only place we'll book from now on!

This is the 3rd time we've stayed in the Pink House (and once in the Blue!). We love how close it is to the beach, the front porch to hang out on, and the coziness of the cottage. Everything you need for a week's vacation is there, and Brian and Jamie are great hosts. The new flooring and new bathroom finishes only make it better. We'll be back!

My teen daughters and I throughly enjoyed our stay. The house is super close to the main attractions of the boardwalk (shops, amusement rides, and public beach access) so no need to drive. Loved the little porch as it provided a little area to relax outside. Hope to come back soon.

My first visit to Carolina Beach, and I was very impressed. The cottage was delightful, everything was convenient and clean. The beach itself was lovely including the extra lot on the north end we will definitely return.

House was clean, and very cute and pink themed in and out. Host was very detailed on their needs and the check in and check out process was an easy experience. If you’re looking for your next stay at Carolina Beach, this host is a must, we will be back and I plan on staying with them again!

This is our 4th time at the pink cottage. We like the location and coziness of the cottage. The property management is very friendly and helpful, especially this last trip with snowstorm. Would recommend any of their properties.

This was my second time staying at the pink house and it was as perfect as I remembered it being. Short walk to the beach (and boardwalk stores/restaurants etc) and there’s a grocery store with a coffee shop diagonally across the street. Didn’t have to get back in the car once!
