Garbage day is Wednesday. Please take the trash to the curb if your stay falls on a Tuesday/Wednesday morning!
Feel free to wash the towels/sheets if you want but we do not expect this. Please do not wash the duvets/blankets!
For pet owners - please make sure to get your pet waste from the yard. Thank you for staying!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Check in and out times are firm so that our cleaners may thoroughly clean between same day stays.
Quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 08:00 AM. Excessive late night noise will not be tolerated. Noise complaints will result in $250 charge.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Please smoke outdoors. Candles and other open flames are also prohibited indoors.

Why they chose this property

My favourite part about the Interlake is the variety of communities back to back from Matlock to Riverton. While Arborg, Winnipeg Beach and Gimli offer major goods and services there are several other communities all within a short drive of one another along the highway - year round!

What makes this property unique

This property is unique because of its proximity to the water without being on the beach. For renters this helps keep cost down. Our bunkhouse is properly fire safe and meets legal bedroom standards which is atypical for exterior rooming. Our triple bunk bed is a major highlight for families and friends!
