Our fresh new vacation rental has been updated with tons of fun amenities. We are right on the water with ocean access and a 34 foot dock to park your boat. We also have 2 kayaks for your use. Enjoy a private heated pool, gas grill, and lots of outdoor seating. We have game stations with foosball and a large poker table. Our home has all brand new interior furnishings. We are less than 2 miles from the famous Lauderdale by the Sea Beach, which features a beautiful fishing pier, restaurants, and live music

This home is 2 separate units with 2 kitchens and 2 laundry rooms. Perfect for families. You can easily go between the 2 units through the two laundry rooms.

The waterway at the property is accessible from the ocean, however, boats must clear several low, fixed bridges. Check clearances, depth, and tides before bringing your boat. Small powerboats may be able to access the dock. However, the owner makes no warranties or representations regarding clearances and maximum draft. At low tide the depth can be as low as 2 ft. Dock at your own risk

Guests will have access to the private pool, boat dock, 2 kayaks, private laundry room, and back yard. You must sign a liability waiver to use the kayaks.

We are located in the exclusive neighborhood of Lake Estates, Ft. Lauderdale. This upscale waterfront neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Walk to some of the best restaurants in the city.

During colder temperatures (below ~70°F), the heater can be turned on, but the pool may only reach the mid- to upper-70s or low-80s and may not reach the 80s or 90°. Best location for family and friends

We stayed at the property for 5 weeks. During this time, we we entertained family and friends at different times. The semi detached layout with fully separate accommodations for each property provided the privacy for each unit but also the accessibility to connect the two units as one. It was a perfect layout for visiting groups. The backyard area with pool and lounge area was a perfect spot to congregate as a group during the day. A lot of space with no crowding Kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary utensils. Cooking large meals was easy with two kitchens available. The beds were very comfortable. The house was situated in a quiet neighbourhood but within a surrounding area filled with stores, restaurants and attractions. The 'By the Sea' beach was very close with three other beaches in close proximity. Nicholette was always available if any issues arose. Family and friends were all sorry to leave and hoped to return next year. Definitely would recommend this property.

- For your comfort and convenience, we’ve arranged for a professional waste collection company to handle the trash during your stay. They will take the cans out on Sunday and return them on monday to ensure everything remains clean and tidy.
We kindly ask that you take the bin out to the curb on Thursday (if your stay coincides with this day) and return it to the house once it has been emptied. Thank you for your cooperation!
