Kurzurlaub an der Nordsee

Das kleine Studio in dem wunderschönen reetgedeckten Haus in einem ruhigen Ortsteil von SPO war für uns ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für kleine Ausflüge mit dem Fahrrad.

Schöner Schein.....

Die Lage ist sehr schön und der Verweis auf das Gebäude als Drehort zur Serie "gegen den Wind" lies im Vorfeld eine gewisse Erwartungshaltung entstehen. Leider wurde diese vor Ort doch ziemlich enttäuscht. Keinerlei Hinweise zur "berühmten" Vergangenheit, statt dessen wurde uns erst mal die Nebenräumlichkeit mit Verweis auf die Reinigungsutensilien präsentiert. In der Ferienwohnung selbst stand noch die Empfangstüte vom Vormieter was uns hätte hellhörig werden lassen sollen. Im Nachhinein mussten wir dann feststellen, das eine Reinigung der recht übersichtlichen Ferienwohnung wohl nur auf dem Papier stattgefunden hat. Beispiele: Staub, Spinnweben und alte Haargummis unter dem Bett, verdreckte Kaffeemaschine/Wasserkocher/Küchengeschirr, Ein Lüftungsabzug im Bad der vor Dreck nur so strotzte, dreckige Toilettenbrille.... und als Allerbestes ein Wasserhahn in der Küchenzeile der völlig lose in seiner Verschraubung hing. Da einen Tag nach dem "Einzug" zufällig die Reinigungsfirma des Objektes vor Ort war, haben wir diese um eine nachträgliche Reinigung des Objektes gebeten was auch zum größten Teil zufriedenstellend durchgeführt wurde. Weiterhin verfügt der komplette Wohnraum nur über einen einzigen Halogenspot an der Decke der logischerweise niemals eine ausreichende Beleuchtung gewährleisten kann. Lesen im Bett geht nur mit Stirnlampe da es nur auf einer Bettseite ein Nachttischleute gibt deren Strahlkraft der unpassenden Glühlampe sei Dank nicht zum lesen taugt. Im Laufe unseres Aufenthaltes durften wir uns auch noch der Hellhörigkeit des Gebäudes vertraut machen, da später in der 1.Etage eingezogene Feriengäste wohl der Meinung waren, allein vor Ort zu gastieren. Unser Fazit: SPO ja, gern wieder.... um jedoch diese Unterkunft nochmals zu besuchen sollte dem zuständigen Vermieterpersonal ihre Arbeit erst mal erklärt werden. Insbesondere ist hier eine ORDENTLICHE Wohnungsabnahme VOR dem Bezug durch neue Gäste zu gewährleisten !
