Overall very poor experience. Please think twice before you rent it

As previously reported, the house is very old, poorly maintained, and musty. There are ants and cockroaches in the kitchen, indicating a serious need for major maintenance and routine pest control services, especially since the house is unoccupied most of the time. Additionally, there is poor air circulation between the first and second floors, and some of the window locks are broken, posing a safety concern. I complained to the management company, and they wanted to fix all these issues while I was staying. They were also very slow to respond and unwilling to accept the evidence I provided with pictures. Unfortunately, I left the property the next day and had to find an alternate place to stay.

The location and size of the house was great. It was a little dusty with a couple dirty dishes but nothing we couldnt wash. The ant issue was a little annoying. We had issues with remotes but someone came out to help us out with that. Overall good experience for being our first time in Marietta.
