rundum gut

Die Wohnung verfügt über alles, was Selbstversorger brauchen. Die Lage ist gut, weil viele Schwarzwaldziele und auch der Europapark gut erreichbar sind.

Es handelt sich um eine sehr schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage, die allerdings mal wieder etwas aufgewertet werden sollte. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Lokale sind etwa 2 km entfernt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.

Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter

Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Fenster in den Schlafzimmern mit Fliegengittern versehen, was sehr positiv ist. Umfangreiches Angebot von Spielen und Romanen. Es gibt draußen zwar eine Tischtennisplatte, aber die steht unter einem zu tief hängendem Baum, sodass sie eher unpraktisch zu nutzen ist. Der mitzunutzende Gartenbereich könnte etwas sauberer und gepflegter sein.
