Noisy house, ventilator in DC/AC converter, house and pans not clean, check-in time confusing, heating broke down but was repaired a day later. Not detached, neighbours audible.

Cozy cottage in the Black Forest

The property consists of half of a house on a hill with a great view of the forest. It is very comfortable and is tastefully equipped in the style of the region. The neighborhood is quiet, and the village is small with good restaurants and activities. It’s an ideal pied-à-terre when visiting the Black Forest. Thomas was immediately available on the phone the one time we had an issue, and the neighbor fixed it right away. Note that linens are not included but are available for a nominal fee.

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und ist geräumig, schade ist nur das der große Balkon nur über eines der Schlafzimmer über mehrere Treppen erreichbar ist. Der Vermieter ist immer erreichbar und reagiert schnell. Einzig die Einrichtung des Hauses bedürfte einer Grundsanierung. Das untere Bad war ok nur das obere etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da es nur mit einem Vorhang vom Technikraum abgegrenzt war. Schöne Aussicht ins Tal.

Tolle Lage, toller Ausblick

Die Lage des Hauses und der damit verbundene Ausblick sind unbezahlbar. Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal in diesem Haus und sind wieder total zufrieden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Wanderwege starten direkt hinter dem Haus. Die Triberger Wasserfälle und die Rodelbahn sind nicht weit entfernt. Ein sehr schöner Urlaub, tolle Lage direkt am Wald. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr hübsch ausgestattet. Wir haben nur einen Verbesserungsvorschlag. Dunkle Vorhänge für die Fenster in den Schlafzimmern. So war es nachts und vorallem früh morgens recht hell.

Schöner Schwarzwald, ungepflegte Unterkunft

Das Ferienhaus war unsauber und nicht gepflegt. Es fehlte der Knauf an der Spülmaschine. In einer Schublade fanden wir einen Holzknauf und haben so die Maschine nutzbar gemacht, vorher war es schwierig diese zu öffnen. An der Brotschneidemaschine war das Kabel angesägt, Besteck und Geschirr habe ich vor Benutzung abgewaschen. Zum Teil steht angeschlagenes Geschirr im Schrank. Beim Backofen funktioniert die Umluft nicht. Die Auflagen für die Balkonstühle haben Stockflecken, waren schmutzig oder der Schaumstoff guckt raus. Balkonstühle sind dreckig oder waren gebrochen. Der Kleiderschrank (ca. 2m Höhe) in meinem Zimmer hatte keine Schlüssel/keinen Knauf sodass man die Tür nur öffnen konnten indem man die Tür in 2m Höhe aufzog. Die von uns am häufigsten genutzten Handläufe habe ich erst geputzt, da man das Gefühl hatte kleben zu bleiben. ABER DER SCHWARZWALD WAR SEHR SCHÖN!

Urlaub im Schwarzwald

Heimelig schön

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet mit "Schwarzwaldfeeling" und man fühlt sich schnell wie zu Hause. Die Küche war bestens ausgerüstet (Pürierstab, Mikro, Backofen...). Vom Haus waren wir zu Fuß in Kürze bei diversen Wanderwegen. Mit dem Auto ist man auch in Kürze beim Bäcker in Hornberg. Ein kleines Highlight waren auch die kreativen Sprüche, die man im Eingang und auf der Toilette findet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Lage, aber veraltetes Objekt

Tolle Lage am Berghang, super schöne Aussicht, großes Wohnzimmer, zwei Badezimmer. Leider aber sehr verwohnt, schmutzige Wände, auch in der Küche und in den Schlafzimmern. Kein einziger Rauchmelder in diesem Holzhaus. Waschmaschine vorhanden, funktioniert prima, auch Spülmaschine sehr gut.

Das Haus Sonnenschein ist sehr gemütlich, es ist alles da was man braucht, und der morgendliche Weg zum Bäcker ist zu Fuß schon gleich die erste Wanderung des Tages (knapp eine halbe Stunde - one way). Schön war's!!! :-) Vielen Dank!

Schön gelegene Immobilie

Das Ferienhaus es sehr schön gelegen, hoch am Berg. Toller Ausblick auf den Wald. Zwei schöne Balkone zur ca. Westseite, so dass man die Abende dort genießen kann. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, weit von den Hauptstraßen. Gleich aus der Wohnung können schöne Waldspaziergänge unternommen werden. Kurze Autowege zu vielen anderen für Familien interessanten Orten, wie Freibad (sauber und nicht überfüllt), Museum, Sommer-Rodelbahn. Das Haus ist direkt am Berg gebaut, schmal und hoch, hat fünf versetzte Wohnebenen, mit Treppen dazwischen, z.B. eine Ebene ist das Wohnzimmer, die nächste Küchen mit kleinem Bad usw. In den untersten Ebenen sind die Schlafräume. Leider sind sie feucht, besonders ein Zimmer, man sieht und riecht es. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Wohnung trotzen genießen können.

Tolle Lage!

Das Haus befindet sich in einer tollen Lage mit einem gigantischen Ausblick! Die Aufteilung im Haus gefiel uns super. Die Bäder sind sauber und völlig ausreichend. Es gibt viele Wanderwege direkt vor der Haustür. Ein Edeka befindet sich wenige Minuten entfernt. Wir würden wieder kommen

Für Familien mit Kindern und Haustier zu empfehlen

Das Haus ist schön und absolut ruhig gelegen. Hat drei Schlafzimmer für je zwei Personen. Küche ist komplett eingerichtet. Zudem gibt es einen kleinen Balkon und eine große Terrasse, dort kann man auch grillen. Haustiere sind willkommen. Alles in allem ein schönes Objekt.
