Great setting for a friends getaway. We have known each other for over 30 years and came from 3 different states. Lots of room to spread out. We took walks in the neighborhood, went in to Great Barrington and Stockbridge. We did not use the hot tub or wood stove so can't comment on those things. Recommend and would book again

The host was very communicative and the check-in process was seamless. I appreciated the change in access code the enter the home. Instructions for the stay were specific and clear. Loved the fireplaces and the hot tub - the host drained and replaced the water before our stay, communicating well about its temperature upon our arrival. Amenities were nice, including blender and dishwasher. Overall, just a beautiful early fall stay that was very peaceful “away from it all.” Thank you!!

Lars was extremely accommodating and great with communication. The home was everything we needed for a little getaway with the kids. Little back yard was fun for the kids despite the meadow. It was extremely peaceful and we even saw some deer. The hot tub was super relaxing at the end of the day. Thanks again!

Had an awesome stay - Lars was very attentive , made sure we got there safe and made sure we understood how to handle his amenities from the wood stove , to the hot tub . Plenty of ways to keep yourself and friends entertained if you get tired and cold and want to just stay in .Very cozy place with nice peaceful views , will definitely come back again .

The house is beautiful, well furnished and very comfortable. There is a ton of light and plenty of room to spread out. The stairs are a bit steep but easy to manage. Bedroom was large with an attached bathroom that had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. The road is very quiet so no worries about noise at all! The hot tub was wonderful, although at times hard to change the temp. But it was a great extra and very relaxing. The property itself is a short drive to plenty of towns with restaurants etc. and close to Tanglewood, which is a huge bonus.Communication was easy with the owner and thankfully there was A/C since we were there during the recent heat wave.I'd recommend this property to anyone simply wanting to get away from it all and enjoy a place to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

My small group had an extremely relaxing and enjoyable stay at our host's place in Otis. The landscape, property and surrounding area were all beautiful and peaceful. The hot tub and very cozy furnishings on every floor made this the ultimate fall retreat. Our host Lar's was so knowledgeable and communication was a breeze. We will absolutely be back for ski season!

Excellent stays for our girls weekend. Plenty of beds for everyone that were very comfortable. Lots of common area space, big table so we could all eat together. Loved the natural lighting and view! Hot tub was great for relaxing at night. We would definitely return to this property again! I would also bring my family here as there is so much outdoor space for kids to run and play!

Great little getaway

The property was clean and comfortable. Housed 5 XL guys all with separate beds. All had our own space. Plenty of room and fiber Internet, was a great place to stay and get away from the hustle and bustle.
