We went floating

Very roomy lots of things to stay entertained inside pool table and arcade was a big hit We enjoyed lake time the kayaks made it even better. We cooked a lot and had family time preparing meals.

What an amazing house! We had such a great time. Grace was so helpful and thoughtful with the amenities. The instructions were spot on. The house is even better than advertised. Amazing Stay

We had such a amazing time our host grace was very good communicating with me the whole weekend we stayed at her beautiful beautiful home. We enjoyed our stay it was 12 of us and never a dull moment. Only bad thing was the ramp was not open due to low waters. But overall we all fit perfectly comfortably and had more then enough space. Has everything you need! Will definitely be staying here again.

Our family had a great time here. We spent a lot of time in the water at the boat ramp across the street. There was plenty of room for our large family.

Perfect stay

This house was perfect for a group of 13 friends. The house is right across the street from boat ramp 1 where there is an area for public swimming against the shoreline. We were 20 mins from Gruene where we could go have lunch. We really enjoyed the spacious deck that was fun to hang out on in the evenings. We were nervous about parking but the two driveways had more than enough room for our 4 cars and 2 trucks. The house comes with plenty of towels and wash cloths but you will have to wash if you have a big group or can bring extra towels. The 1st and 2nd floor was kept cool the entire time, the 3rd floor was a little warm but it’s hard to beat the summer heat. We always travel with small floor fans and that was enough to keep us comfortable. Overall, great stay 5/5 would stay again!

Great Family gathering spot

The house had many many places for people to stay, and was well stocked with cooking supplies. We cooked almost every meal on site and had a great central spot for everyone to hang out. The lake is in walking distance and we spent lots of time swimming and hanging out.

The Perfect House!!

I celebrated my 30th birthday with my closest friends. This was the perfect house! It was very spacious, had everything we needed in the kitchen, and was close enough to the water to walk and take a dip.

Great Birthday Getaway

Loved the house!! Had everything we needed and may fun items we weren’t expecting. My friends and I loved the location, walked to breakfast each morning and were able to get to the river easily. Looking forward to coming back next year!!
