This is a beautiful, spacious home in a great location close to downtown Gruene. There was more than enough room for 8 adults and 2 children to sleep comfortably, with room for at least 4 more. The kitchen was fully stocked with lots of seating at the bar and dining table. The view from the deck is amazing. We will definitely stay here again.

Some areas of the home were a little older (bedding, pillows) but overall a great location. It was actually bigger than we anticipated. Check in and out was super easy. We really enjoyed it.

House was great fit for my family. Gorgeous deck with water below. My only problem was the rail out there covered thick in bird feces. We didn’t sit out there because of it. Loved the pool table.

We’re so glad the house worked well for your family and that the pool table got plenty of love. We’ve given it some extra attention so future guests can enjoy the view without any “bird décor.”
