Our space is an entire 2000 Sq Ft. secure basement apartment that includes a full size kitchen and four bedrooms. It is located 15 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City, and 15 minutes to the Kimball Junction exit in Park City. Great location for both your winter ski adventures as well as summertime activities.

The space
Designed and decorated exclusively for Airbnb, this basement apartment feels more like a garden level living space. The windows allow natural light to stream in. You will have a private entrance and the space is closed off from the main house. This allows you to have privacy during your stay.

There are four large bedrooms with high quality linens. Large closets in each room. The master suite has an attached bathroom, with dual shower heads. A second bathroom is shared for the other bedrooms.

A full kitchen allows you the flexibility to dine in. Full laundry room and a small office space area in this space.

We have a spacious back yard, with a BBQ grill, Traeger grill, Firepit and patio. Just let us know if you would like to use this great space when you book so that we can ensure that the propane tank is full for your use.

Nice property in a beautiful neighborhood. Unfortunately the washer was out of service, which proved to be very inconvenient for us. Overall it was a nice property and has a beautiful backyard for use!

The space was perfect, don't hesitate to book here! Could not ask for anything better. The space was large with 4 bedrooms a full kitchen and living room. Easy access to the property and an excellent view of the mountains. John was very helpful in answering minor questions I had before arrival. It was also an excellent location, close to anything we wanted to do in the SLC area and the freeway access which made it super easy. The price was great for the amount of space we had. This was the first time I've rented a basement apartment in the Utah area and it was wonderful.

Mt Olympus comfort

The property owners were very responsive and answered my questions quickly. It was very clean, great beds, with good bathroom, kitchen and living room spaces for our group of 7 adults. The location was perfect for our family gatherings in Salt Lake City and close to Park City.

Beautiful & Comfortable

We are a family of 8 and had plenty of room to spread out. All the beds were very comfortable. The host is extremely accommodating. The backyard had beautiful views of the mountains. Amazing hiking trails with waterfalls are 5 mins away. Close to anywhere you want to go.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is outstanding, with stunning views of Mount Olympus and other nearby mountains. It's about 15 minutes from most SLC attractions, and it is a super quiet neighborhood. There are ample restaurants and shops 5-7 minutes away at the bottom of the hill. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped (our family cooks a lot) and the hosts were super responsive with anything we needed.The real highlight of our stay was the backyard. It's a large beautiful space with ample seating for our large family. With games, trampoline, hot tub, and plenty of shade in the evening, we spent many relaxed hours outside in the afternoon and evening. As seen in the listing, there is not a dining room or dining table inside, but the outdoor space more than makes up for that. We would absolutely stay here again when we return to SLC.

My favorite place in the world is Sydney, Australia. It feels like San Francisco, another one of my favorite places, but I love the harbors and water ways between areas. And Christmas when it is summertime is just delightful!

We look forward to hosting our guests in our home that is just far enough away from Salt Lake to feel like you are camping up in the mountains, and close enough to enjoy the growing downtown nightlife. We are close to the ski resorts and Park City that has activities year round.
