Two Bedroom with Private Dock near Golf and Beach

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space.Located just minutes from Whale Bay Beach and Port Royal Golf Course.There is access to a private dock 100 yards from your living space for swimming,kayaking,and fishing.Other close amenities include hotel,restaurants,spa,ferry station,supermarket,walking trail,farm and cycle rental.
Our fully air conditioned apartment offers two comfortable bedrooms,1 en-suite and the other with adjacent bathroom.One has a queen bed while the other has a double bed.Both have very comfortable mattresses and cotton sheets.
The kitchen boasts stove,fridge,microwave,keurig,blender and toaster.
Extra guests may sleep in the living room which has a queen convertible sofa as well as a single convertible chair. The rate of $275 is for 2 guests and there is a $25 per night charge for each additional guest .The dining set seats 6.The outside patio has ocean views.
There is a washer and dryer for your private use.
There are 3 smart flat screen TVs .Free Wi-Fi is provided.
If you choose to rent an electric car or twizzy we have a charging station on site.
Please note that water shoes are required when swimming off the Dock.
We also provide a gas BBQ grill.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

This comfortable and clean home was the perfect home away from home on our golf trip! Great access to Port Royal Golf Course - restaurants etc and convenient transportation via bus and taxi to Hamilton and the beaches. The home was well equipped and the hosts were so personable and welcoming - responding to all of our questions and providing us answers in a very timely manner. We had plenty to do to explore by foot from the house, including a private dock, kayaks, and a short walk down to Whale Bay (gorgeous sunsets) park.We would absolutely stay at this home again next time we visit and recommend it with high regard!

Amazing stay

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Roselyn’s place! The home was even better than the pictures—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, close to the whale bay and everything we needed was just a short walk/drive away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our hosts were very warm and gracious. They were very helpful and easy to talk to. The location is very near the bus stop, so we were able to explore the island easily using the transit system. It is close to a private dock, and within easy walking distance to Whale Bay Beach. The apartment was very spacious and clean. It had everything we needed for a lovely vacation. It felt like our home away from home! It was so handy having access to a washer/dryer in the unit.There is also a very spacious private patio and BBQ. A lovely spot to watch sunsets and sunrises. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here! We hope to return soon. Thank you, Rosalyn and Marshall, for a memorable vacation!

Marshall and Rosalyn are excellent hosts, and their property in Bermuda is beautiful!! The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. We especially enjoyed swimming and kayaking from the private dock. We also spent many wonderful hours on the patio— the perfect place for both breakfast and late-night drinks. Spending time with sweet Ellie was a real treat too. The apartment’s location is very close to the super-convenient Bermuda bus routes, and Rosalyn helpfully had bus tickets waiting for us. It was so easy for us to travel all over the island. Highly recommend staying here!!

Quiet and peaceful

Lovely home and a perfect location!

I really enjoyed my stay here and would absolutely stay again. The home is located close to the main road, near bus stops, near the railway trail for exercising, and a short walk from West Whale Bay, the nicest beach in Bermuda. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the owners were very helpful. Plenty of room, and a lovely patio with comfortable lounge chairs. I definitely recommend!

Beautiful Location

Rosalyn and Marshall's home is in an excellent location in Southampton. It is close to beaches, the Dockyard, Watson's farm, and golf, all of which we could access either by bus or by taxi driven by a person referred by Rosalyn. We will definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives who are considering a trip to Bermuda.
