Welcome to the white shores of Myrtle Beach, your South Carolina oasis! Enjoy entertaining others in your dining and living area which boasts a dining table set for six, a large TV, and comfy furniture complete with room-darkening curtains for movie night! The living area has access to a private balcony where you'll find a spectacular peek-a-boo view of the Atlantic Ocean. All the bedrooms are spacious and outfitted with comfortable beds for you to rest your head from the day's activities, and the showers are roomy enough to wash off the sand and sunscreen from the day.

Great Vacation Spot

Everything with booking, check in and check out was very simple. The apartment was clean and had extras for our vacation such as beach chairs, extra linens, tennis supplies, etc. I was extremely pleased with everything throughout my stay. I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a great place to vacation.

Great place to stay!

The condo was nice and everything was just a short drive away. Our gate code didn’t work when we first arrived but that was fixed with no issues and the day before we left, our door code didn’t work but customer service was very nice and helped me get it fixed and got us in immediately! Everyone was super nice from the booking experience to the customer service reps when I called, they even texted me to make sure everything was ok. The only thing we had a problem with was the hot water ran out quickly so a family of 4 couldn’t all take a shower, they had to be spaced out. My kids took quick showers and it was cold before the second one was done. Other than that, it was a great, clean, place to stay! We would stay again if we go back.

HOA Hell

I was unaware when I booked this property that there was a HOA. The gate guard made us pay double the listed amount for parking "per HOA rules." They threatened to tow our motorcycle even though it was parked in a location that did not have signage stating no motorcycles. I found live cockroaches when making dinner on our 2nd day, and did not receive a response from the leasing agent until we had checked out. The property itself had great beach and pool access, but the website listed a game center for kids and teens that was actually under construction. Our teenager didn’t have anything to do except go to the pool.

Do NOT stay here - very dirty - no response from mgmt

-fleas in unit -unit not cleaned - 3 pills (2 inside, 1 on balcony) and fruit roll ups on floor (in open space) -dark long hair on both bathroom floors and shower -ice maker didn't work -Dishwasher was as load is a lawnmower (not kidding) and was unusable. -2 of 3 light bulbs burnt out in 2nd bathroom. Could barely see -had to call to get lock box code for key. Door wouldn't lock properly. We finally figured it out but had no instructions - was not given a parking pass or instruction on how to get one. Got told we may get towed if we didn't have one. 3 calls to Vacasa management to resolve with no responses. They kept saying “we opened a ticket”. 3 weeks later and still nothing. This unit is NOT worth a fraction of the price we paid for a week. Save your money - stay elsewhere!

Cool community

Had a great time here. Apartment is spacious well accommodating. Property has tons of amenities including 4 pools. 2 in doors, 1 kid friendly, and another pool with lounge chairs. Also have access to the beach. Would definitely stay again!
