Check-in was easy-peasy. The place is quite roomy and very welcoming. Note that you will have to climb stairs to get to the 2nd floor. There aren't that many, but may be an issue for those with knee problems. It took a bit to get the stove and microwave to work, but it all worked out. Derek (owner) was easy to communicate with and helped out when needed. This location was perfect for our visit to Acadia. Grocery store was close by so we weren't beholden to tourist prices! Along with Momo's Cheesecake just down the road, it was all we needed and then some!
We really enjoyed derricks property! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Location was great, quiet and off the main drag while close to shopping and a short drive to Acadia. I would highly recommend for anyone for any length of stay.

I liked the spacious, comfortable setup of this condo. Everything was attractive and clean. All appliances and the tv worked. The two bedrooms were roomy with nice closets, the dining area was appreciated, and the tv area had two couches. Thanks, hosts. Our stay was great.
Great property! Everything you could need was there. Property was as described and shown. It is a unit with 4 separate apartments. Plenty of parking, close to town and stores. Highly recommend this property, you won't be disappointed!
This two bedroom unit was on the second floor of the building and had a nice deck to sit and look out and relax. The owner communicated with us well and check in and out went easily. It was a very clean unit with comfort and function in mind. It was about a 30 min. drive to Acadia National Park. We also enjoyed the Maine Lumberjack Show nearby, as well as Momo’s Cheesecakes just up the road a bit. Thanks for the great stay.
Great directions to the unit and was easy to get in. There were people in the other units but we didn’t hear any noise from them. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped. Reasonable distance to Acadia.
This was our second year in a row staying at this property. Stayed in different unit last year. This is a great central location to stay in order. to travel to several different sites in Maine. Well maintained property. Highly recommend.
The unit was clean and well appointed, had everything we needed for our stay. Downtown Ellsworth was a short drive and Acadia is approx 30 min drive (off season / light traffic).John
Gold stars to the decorator and collector of furniture. This is a welcoming place. Easy to find. Marvelous location - just outside of Ellsworth center. On a busy road but set back enough so it was quiet at night. The lights were on inside as well as outside which was a big help as we arrived after dark. Everything seemed fresh and new - lots of space for two adults. Large bathroom. We had hiked in mud and rain so the washer and dryer were very convenient. Complete kitchen that we didn't use. I could really move right into this condo.
