Excellent home for large families with kids to keep everyone entertained! We loved the pool, hot tub and game room, a favorite was playing the outdoor chess game. Will definitely be looking forward to another stay at the Grotto! Host was outstanding and replied back promptly with any questions. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!

A great place to stay, we had a lot of fun with our friends just relaxing by the pool and enjoying the house. Norman was great, communicating well ahead of time so that we had everything we needed for a fun trip!

Beautiful house with great amenities and lots of land to roam around. We had family from age 9-75 and there was something enjoyable for every age. Great property for dogs to run around and play in an enclosed space. House has a lot of electronics and remotes to get use to, but host was very responsive and helpful with all of our questions.

We had a wonderful weekend stay overall! Norman was great to interact with, very responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our time there.The absolute rockstar of the trip was the outdoor areaā€”playing in the pool with the active waterfall was an incredible highlight, and relaxing in the hot tub with those powerful jets was such a comfort after a long day.A couple of minor things were down when we arrived (the BBQ grill needed a good cleaning before use, and two of the games weren't functioning), but the amazing pool setup and Norman's hospitality made for a fantastic trip. Weā€™d definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful, spacious property that is definitely Family Friendly. Many activities inside and outside without even leaving the property. The game room was large with many games and enough room for everyone to be in there at the same time. We had 4 Teens and ZERO complaints of boredom. Our family of 11 had plenty of sleeping choices. The host was amazing, we had a simple issue with a bedroom light and he had a handyman to the property within an hour to fix it. Very easy to contact the host and receive a quick response. The waterfall pool and jacuzzi were a big hit and got plenty of use. It is an amazing place to stay!

Beautiful property. Plenty of space. Great for family time. Pool was amazing. Beds were very comfy. It was a little bit older house and this a few things a little less accessible, like the master shower. But very quaint and perfect for what we needed. Host was very easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend.

Kitchen had everything that we needed. Air conditioners worked great. It was a little challenging to get into the Jacuzzi. Couple of the games in the game room did not work and to access the game room you had to walk through the master bedroom. Other than it was a great rental.

We had a great stay with our extended family at the Grotto. It was a nice home base for exploring Joshua Tree National Park and Palm Springs. Both the kids and adults especially loved the game room. The house also has a helpful, detailed guide explaining how everything works. Norman was very quick and responsive to our questions.

The Grotto was a perfect setting for our family reunion. Clean and comfortable, we enjoyed the indoor space as well as the several games and especially the shaded swimming pool and hot tub. The back of the house is desert landscaped with a beautiful view of the mountains. Norman was quickly responsive to a minor issue and the kitchen was well equipped including a nice espresso machine for my son the barista. In summary, a great venue for a family reunion. We would happily stay here again next year.

A beautiful restful oasis we enjoyed with the entire family. Kids absolutely lived in the pool and hot tub. This house had very comfortable beds and all the kitchen amenities that we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Host was very responsive to my messages and directions were very clear and concise. Really enjoyed the house, had all the amenities, the hot tub access was a bit trickyā€¦ use caution. It was expensive however it was also Stagecoach weekend! Pool/jacuzi controls were a bit tricky as well however the host was very responsive and helpful with everything! My sister left clothes behind and they promptly returned them to us which was greatly appreciated!

Amazing guys golf trip

Place is exactly as advertised. It was Clean had tons of room for out party of 12. the pool and spa are great only 20 min from most golf courses . And it was nice to have all the room with no neighbors.
