Due to Covid 19, we are working around the clock to ensure that all of our guests can feel safe staying in our house. Following CDC guidelines, all surfaces are cleaned with a 99% bleach solution disinfectant before each guest arrives. We launder quilt coverlets, bedspreads and blankets, along with sheets and towels between guests. All of our guests upon arrival are asked to assess their health.

The house is located on a cul-de-sac in the wind protected Indian Canyon area in South Palm Springs, one of the most desirable areas in the Coachella Valley. It is two blocks from the Saguaro Hotel and Pool Club, as well as the Smoketree Shopping Center where you will find great restaurants, a large upscale supermarket, a hardware store as well as ten other small businesses. We are also two blocks from the free shuttle that runs on East Palm Canyon to all restaurants and activities in downtown Palm Springs.

The kitchen has a large island with additional seating, modern cabinets, glass backsplash throughout, stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops.

The City of Palm Springs have created a very strict short term rental ordinance to ensure that not only our next store neighbors but the city as a whole is never negatively impacted by short term visitors.
PRIMARY TENANT MUST SIGN AND RETURN THE CITY CONTRACT
PRIMARY TENANT MUST SIGN THE OWNERS CONTRACT WITHIN FOUR DAYS OF APPROVAL.
THE CITY ENFORCES THESE RULES TWENTY-FOUR HOURS A DAY SEVEN DAYS A WEEK. IN THE EVENT OF AN INFRACTION IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS, THE POLICE WITH ISSUE A MINIMUM $500 DOLLAR FINE, AND IMMEDIATELY EVICT ALL MEMBERS OF YOUR GROUP WITHOUT ANY REFUND:
THE FOLLOWING AREAS ARE:
1. QUIET TIME: QUIET TIME RUNS BETWEEN 10pm AND 10am. THERE SHOULD BE NO LOUD TALKING, SCREAMING, YELLING, OR CREATING A DISTURBANCE OF ANY KIND BEFORE 10AM OR AFTER 10PM.
1. PRIMARY TENANT MUST BE AT LEAST TWENTY-FIVE YEARS OF AGE WITH STATE ID. THE PRIMARY ID MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE OWNER WITHIN FOUR DAYS OF APPROVAL.
2.AUTOMOBILES: A MAXIMUM OF FOUR CARS, TWO PARKED IN DRIVEWAY AND TWO OTHERS PARKED IN TANDEM BEHIND FIRST TWO. PRIMARY TENANT MUST PROVIDE THE LICENSE NUMBER, TYPE, AND MODEL OF ALL FOUR CARS. .
3.MUSIC: NO MUSIC OUTSIDE, AND NO MUSIC FROM THE INSIDE THAT CAN BE HEARD OUTSIDE. THIS RULE IS ENFORCED TWENTY-FOUR HOURS PER DAY, AND VIOLATORS WILL BE FINED A MINIMUM OF $500 and EVICTED FROM HOUSE.
4. PARTIES OF ANY KIND, LOUD MUSIC OR CELEBRATIONS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED AT ANY TIME.

BY DOING MY BEST TO EXPLAIN THE CITY RULES, I AM OPTIMISTIC THAT MY FUTURE TENANTS WILL THOROUGHLY AVAIL THEMSELVES OF THE RULES, AND AS A RESULT, MAINTAIN THE SERENE AND QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD.
